I had to wait on hold for 1 hour to talk to someone at customer service because the location tried to charge me twice for the vehicle and they were no help when I talk to them about it. Meanwhile $388 for 4 hour and 1.99 per mile at 160 miles seems like a lot of money. So I won't be renting from guys anymore. You would think such a big business would have there shit together but they don't. I would recommend hiring more ppl the answer your phones and train the locations on your service and bring the price per mileage down.OSWALDO D.
The online pickup and drop off takes forever and takes big part of rental time when rental window is short. There were no furniture pads that I ordered in truck, but I was still charged rent for those.Krishna R.

The after hours pick up process was grueling. Send pic, continue, send pic,continue, etc. Was annoying and extremely time consuming. There has to be a better way to pre authorize customers and gas and mileage. And maybe assume the vehicle to be in good condition unless notified by the customerJAMES S.

I had a hard time finding the location at first, but when I called, (I believe his name was Carlos?) at the desk helped me get there. I did the pickup stuff on the app which was very useful and easy, stopped into the office to make sure we were good to go, and I was driving a really great, new van before I knew it. The guys in the office were really nice and professional, and I would definitely come back to this location. I had a nightmare experience at a U-Haul location in jersey city when I moved from there, so I was a bit weary, but this time the process was easy and the people were really great.Alexandra D.

Though there seemed to be 3 parties I dealt with - Mike whom I made the arrangements with over the phone (not sure of his location), the pickup location, and drop-off, the pickup location did not provide me with the certificate necessary to take advantage of the free 1-month storage facility. Luckily, the manager was able to take care of this for me at the drop off / storage location.michael T.

The parking lot is very cramped and there was not a place to park the truck other than a handicap spot next to the Audi cars. It was difficult to navigate.Nancy R.

Requested a 9' Van and received a 10' truck. Did not receive any phone call to confirm this change was okay - we were not very happy. Location was sketchy at best and we could have picked up a 10' truck a mile from our home. We thought we were going to East Brunswick to get the van we needed. Staff unhelpful, crowded lot, no parking.Matthew L.
