ARNOLDFRANKLIN BMobile pick up was very handy after hours. The process was a bit glitchy with taking the photos but other than that it was smooth and only took 10 minutes. Andrea called to verify the reservation and was super friendly and helpful, the cargo van was unavailable for mobile pick up but she was able to switch my reservation to something that would allow for mobile pickup and I was very grateful for her!

robin wDue to an issue with the app, I had to return the truck 2 days before (Monday afternoon), we had to unload the truck in a rush, so the Police would not be involved, not even giving me time to put gas on it. I will for sure call the 1800 number with more

This was the 5th uhaul location I had been to or called and no one else could or would inform me why I was having issues being able to procure the equipment I needed, as well as having to travel for services listed on your website. I was finally provided answers here. If I need uhaul in the future, I will be paying the extra mileage and literally driving past 4 other locations to use this one specifically.
Perry WI didn't like the fact that the truck drive rough and that the engine light had came on. I also didn't like the fact that whoever had used it before had lil roaches in the truck and drug/blunt particles. I was unable to check in the back of the truck until the next day when I was filling the truck up.
Funmilayo TAngela was very helpful as always! I have rented from this location many times because of the great customer service and will continue to do so. I would definitely recommend renting from here.
Joshua OExplain to the person making the reservation all terms and fees instead of rushing to make the reservation. The truck drove very rough and the alignment was off. Had to get off the interstate because the truck kept swaying across lanes.

Edward CThe physical site is amazing...I had a problem when I called into the customer service and the mobile check-in. The communication... when the mobile checkout/in did not perform as it was suppose to was horrible it needs to be revisited the time lost trying to checkout/in my truck was unacceptable. It was eventually rectified. Angela was amazing afterwards as usual and made sure I was taken care of the following business day. She is knowledgeable and very caring. If possible use in-person services.

Thomas NI was charged $15 for a "cleaning fee" AFTER I swept this 8 x 5 utility trailer before returning. I'm assuming they used a microscope to find something, anything they could use to say I returned it dirty. Pathetic. If the trailer was muddy, if I left trash in it, something spilled and not cleaned, if I left items in there, I get it. But I did my part to return it clean. I swept it out entirely. An 8 x 5 utility trailer with plenty of wear on it. Please let me know if U-Haul is really this petty, if your business is hurting so bad that you have to fabricate a story in order to charge me for more than the agreed upon price.
