We were moving our daughter from Stetson and were unsure if we needed a 5x8 or 4x8 trailer. We communicated our concern to the Rentz, and were told that if we only needed the 4x8 trailer to bring it back before 5 and we could switch it out. In part based upon that, we decided to go with the larger trailer and then once we saw that we only needed a 4x8.we called Bill Rentz at around 4:15 pm on our way back to him to tell him that we would like to switch out the trailers. He was very emphatic that it was too late and he could not switch it out. I told him that it was not about the cost but the safety as the 4x8 was much more manageable on the road. He only reluctantly agreed to switch out the trailers when i told him that i would pay the cost of the 5x8 as opposed to the 4x8 trailer.. It was clearly all about the money to him and that he did not want to e-do the paperwork (which he did not change out), than his clients needs or saffety. In addition, we made it back to his lot at 4:30pm and switched out the trailers and left his lot at 4:50 pm. Clearly if was not too late. I would not recommend Mr. Rentz to anyone as he clearly has his best interest in mind and not his customers.

While I rated the overall location as excellent what I was referring to was the parking lot, it was wide and it's nice to see U-Haul trucks parked at that wide parking lot that has a white soil and little grass combination. But I did not get the chance to go inside the store and becoz Inreally did not have to besides was already pass 5:00 PM and twas closed but Mr Renz the owner of the store was still there and I appreciate that he spoke with me. He was asking for some paper works but it's in my email and I did not know that I should print it out but Mr Renz told me that I don't have to and that he'll just take care of it. I informed him that there's a check engine light.

Location and staff was super friendly and knowledgable. However, not relevant to location, pricing is outrageous. A dollar per mile is unbelievable and absolutely unfair to the average American. Will not be using U-Haul again.
Don't lie to people. I was told the extra few miles wouldn't be an issues since I had to bring it from a location that was full which is not my fault. Then charged for those miles.
The truck was dirty, I didn't get the furniture dolly I paid for and it took 30 minutes to get verified through the app to get my truck, awful awful experience!
everything was perfect
I was screwed because i paid at the rental place and again when i dropped the trailor off. The trailer was dropped off 2 days early and i still was over charged. I will make sure i tell EVERYONE what crooks U-Hall is !!!

While your facility had many nice looking and visually well maintained vans, trucks and trailers. The trailer I was given was old looking, with cracked and peeling logos, battered fenders and the latch was jammed and difficult to open.. (I took photographs) Also the website says a 5 x 8 trailer was sufficient to move a queen size bed, we had difficulty and had to tie the frame to the room rack of my van.
The workers there were really nice! Yes, I would recommend them.

Fix your on line system, it's broken at so many levels. I had set to return the truck to this location and at the last minute they wanted me to return it to a different location in my city. I didn't find that out until I loaded the app back up. Also the extra miles wasn't documented on my account since I had to pick it up from a different location. The man at Rentz was very nice and he was helping me to resolve the issue. He was great.

This was a second location. My original pick up and confirmation was for a different location and a larger trailer. When we arrived to pick up the trailer there wasn't one available. They did then send me to Rentz Upholstery, but they also did not have the larger 5x8 trailer. Rentz was very helpful and we were able to get a trailer but not of the size we really required.
I'm manage a storage facility and this location is the only location I recommend. Bill is super nice to seal with.
The truck share 24/7 is extremely convenient. Especially for a quick after hours rental :)
The old man behind the counter was rude and more or less berated me for not taking an extra "free" day on the uhaul even after I explained to him I just didnt need an extra day and my itinerary was already planned out. He was pushy and impatient.

Uhaul rental isn't the primary function of this location, and the location reflects that. That said, the older gentleman that helped me was very helpful

I originally reserved an auto carrier from the Enterprise Road location in Orange City. I checked in online prior to going to the location, providing all needed information (tongue weight, ball weight, etc). When I arrived to pick up the carrier I was told they did not have the carrier I needed and they sent me to the Rentz location 10 miles away. This caused a delay of one and a half hours, but should have been avoided since I checked in before going to the location. Also, I was mandated to pay for two days when I returned the carrier within 8 hours of renting it. One person said they would credit one day and another person said that was the standard and there would be no credit even though the original reservation was not honored. This is not the fault of Rentz Upholstery where I ended up getting the carrier from, but it certainly caused significant inconvenience and delay that could have very easily been avoided with simple competence. Doesn't make me comfortable renting from uHaul in the future, unfortunately. Also makes uHaul as a whole appear incompetent.
Simple drop off. Awesome...
