Loei HDid not receive a paper contract. Was not asked to read the contract. What I signed appeared to be authorization for running my credit card. Not signing and executing a full contract.

Maribel AHold on credit exceeded acutal payment which caused me to pay more then what i owed. Even though its a hold it still sets aside the money alloted and it charged me twice instead of using the hold money. Horrible payment experience. Everything else was smooth aside from this. Office employees were very helpful and nice.

Ramon MWe had an incident the person attend us on east location told us we could return truck any location so we finished northeast and returned truck over there , but we couldn’t return cause person at office told us the wrong information we couldn’t drop truck at any location had to be at east side location 1043 Zaragosa el paso tx 79907 .
