I avoid this location at all costs when getting a uhaul. They don’t know how to operate your system. It takes far too long to get in and out even with pre-registering and paying. This time specifically, it took 10 minutes for someone to even occupy the front room and that’s only capped at 10 minutes because I opened the “employee only” door to the back and said “Hello, anybody working?!” The process is not streamlined and your vendors don’t have enough training. Not to mention, their lobby isn’t air conditioned. Ridiculous.

The check in process took an hour and a half. When I first arrived he said my reservation wasn’t in the system. Then I was told I needed the driver with license in person. That should have been told up front and wasn’t! Then he explained the uhaul system was slow and not saving information so he has to input several times. This location was very generous and helpful but the overall Uhaul system/process entirely sucked.

I booked online and went through the checkin process that was supposed to speed things up. When I got there I had to do everything all over again. Only one peice of the extras I rented was there and I had to load them myself after they were re-added to the reservation. Overall wasn't the most professional operation that I've rented from

Local staff was fine, particularly in light of the 90 Minutes it took to process the rental contract with your software. Multiple system crashes and a license upload process that includes a cell phone will contribute to my thought process before turning into your lots again.

It would be much, much better if you would allow a rental agreement that did not require you to keep the vehicle for four days. I did not need it for that long and would have appreciated a lower rate.
