Make your pickups where requested when required. Do not change the time and location. People do not have a lot of money to be throwing around to drive all over hells half acre when u haul messes up and rents a paying client who reserved a unit weeks before. Also, your customer service is horrific and you cannot argue or deny escalation of a customer complaint. I regret resorting to this level and using u haul but I will be extremely careful if using this company again.DARREN C.

Tell the customer EVERYTHING about the extra charges that are not being explained when booking the truck. $205.00 in deposits that I did not receive back. I also did NOT receive the deposit back for the car dolly $75, moving dolly $12, and $30 that was taken off because the gas was a miniscule amount short! If I do not receive the balance of my deposit, I will be calling Better Business Bureau and I will file charges for theft because I did NOT RECEIVE my deposits back!!!Arlie-Ann S.

Very dis-organized to pick up. Trouble with putting payment through on my credit card, therefore father had to pay for it. Should not of had any issue with my card. Gave him my card number to book it, he checked it then and said it was good to go, went to pick up the trailer, said he didn't have the number, gave it to him again and he couldn't get it to go through, no reason.BRENDA J.

I booked the equipment at a local large haul location and then one day before pickup sent 130 km out in the country to pick up the equipment from a rural location. I feel that is terrible service. In my opinion I was being sent there to collect equipment that wasn't renting from that location and repositioning it for the benefit of uhaul. All with no change in pricing or any sort of accommodation. Thanks for the customer â€œcareâ€ uhaul and the extra km on my truck.John E T.

SOOO FANTASTIC to have this availability in our small town! we just made a local move but it was SOOO worth have the truck to have space to move a lot in one trip! and the RAMP a life saver. Expensive as the vehicle I wanted was not available with out driving 2 hours out of my way. The guys at Richard Auto were easy to deal with and gave me the only vehicle they had on site. The $1.11/ mile is not advertised, I was surprised to see that on my invoice, as I thought it was $.69/ mile not / km.Gina B.
