I would seriously consider revoking the dealership for the Mean Muggin Movers located near the Rockport IN area. Their place of business is very sketchy looking at best. They are unprofessional as well, and that too shows in the lack of maintaining a clean, neat business location, very poor to say the least.

I am very disappointed in the uhaul company. Not once did anyone say that when you make a reservation and pay for it as well there’s no guarantee. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way for a uhaul inlaid for Over a weeks and a half ago. They said it was 10/15 miles. Well it was over 30 miles from Evansville. That’s a lot of wasted gas for my Jeep and cost me more for the uhaul and then I get a text saying to drop it off In Evansville at Kentucky ave. That’s where I originally was suppose to pick it up. I would never drive back two hours to bring it back. It was one thing after another and another, lots of miscommunication with the customer service U-Haul service. I will think twice about using it again, due to my new job I will be traveling and after all this I don’t know if I can give them my business anymore. It cost me more money I’m the long run and I’m disappointed in there customers service

electrical hookup for truck didn't work. not his fault, but still extremely inconvenient!

I order a 17ft truck in Owensboro where i live! Went to get it it was not there and they were having trouble locating one for us. The order they had on computer was wrong it said i ordered a26ft i didn’t i ordered a 17ft ! When she located us one finally we had to drive to Richland Ind. which made use even more late! The man there in Richland was help some but then the computers went down so there was another wait! And i DIDN’T return it to Richland Ind, i took it to Moore’s Electric on Burlew Blvd, in Owensboro. No one was there! Not very good experience ! Beth Chandler

The turn signal on trailer were hooked up backwards. Brake lights worked good, but trailer would flash turn signal wrong.
