I reserved a 15' truck through the Riverside location in Burlington, however; upon arrival the truck was not available. As a result, I did a self dispatch and the people at Rick's Towing went out of their way to help me get what I needed. Moreover; they did this while feeling under the weather. Thank you!

The hand cart/dolly was in bad shape. Squeaked horribly and was beat up. Should be replaced. The store had no furniture pads, even though they were requested in advance. This was an inconvenience. The truck itself had very sloppy steering and felt unsafe at speeds over 40.

Cab was dirty. 20’ truck was more like 17’. They counted the space over the cab as part of truck.... didn’t end of having 20’ feet of floor to ceiling space like I thought I’d have. People were very nice and friendly at this location. I would go there again.

Reserved a 15 ft truck online recived a 12.5 foot truck (14 foot if you count the 2.5 foot moms attic) Also i chosse to compleat the "Express Online Check-in Today." Compleating this information is sposed to make getting in and out of the store faster but it did no such thing i had to give all the information over again at the store even theo they said they had my reservation they verbally asked for all of the information anyway so the online check-in is a compleate wast of time. Would not recomend will be using Pensky or Ryder next time.

I was recommended to fill the truck which was at 1/4 tank for less than 100 mile move. Seems like I was being taken advantage of to get extra gas in the truck. Otherwise service was good.

No one was at the facility on Saturday when I dropped it off. However, my receipt shows a cleaning fee of $25.00 even though I swept out the truck as I was instructed. Please remove this charge.

I was told via your website that I could pick this unit up "by phone". Upon arrival, was advised that this is not the case; they are not setup for this. They were very helpful and accommodating so there was no problem but you need to update your website...not all locations are able to allow remote pickups.

It's hard to make a good, first impression when your showroom is so small and it's filled with packing boxes and plastic. It makes the business look like a hole in the wall operation.

Our tow truck had to tow the Uhaul to the drop off location so we did not see the location.

The truck was not very comfortable to drive. It had over 125,000 miles on it and was not very good on the road. You have some equipment that definitely should be replaced. Penske has a lot nicer equipment. You had better take a good look at your competition on truck rentals. I will definitely use them next time.

My issue isnt with this particular dealer but the overall uhaul experience. First my pickup location was changed without asking to a dealer that was 30 mins away vs the local location. Then i was charged over $300 for am incorrect checkin. Once i brought it to someones attention it was corrected. However, now I am being charged a $30 fee for dropping it at a local dealer vs driving over an hour to another preferred location. These experiences cloud the good services provided elsewhere.

There was an issue in picking up the trailer (it wasn't dropped off by the previous customer), but Nathanel (at the Riverside Ave location) was quick to find an available trailer in the area. He sent me to the Krupp Dr location. The staff there were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend both locations. Uhaul made my moving experience way less stressful than it could have been. Thank you!

Both the girl at front desk and the gentleman that helped us install the hitch were very nice and accomodating. We did have issues and they were both very patient with us.

The inconsistency of trailer quality is difficult to manage when planning large moves, as some trailers have no functional way to secure cargo and others have the ability to latch on anywhere along the inside. Be ready to be creative if necessary.
