Ellis KHe was a little late to arrive but very friendly and easy to work with. The lot was a little tight but still managable.
Tanner GWasn’t very knowledgeable of the UHAUL rates and policy. Online is specifically states unlimited miles and it’s a weekly rate however he initially charged me for mileage. It took about 45 min to sit and correct everything. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours! He was a very nice guy tho. The trailer was extremely low and he wasn’t knowledgeable in turning the bar and ball upside down so it would sit up higher. He mentioned it was too low also but didn’t know to install it the other way. It wasn’t until the middle of my trip someone told me and at drop off in az the guy who worked there flipped it for me for future rentals/use.
