There was no one to rent the unit to me. I spent 20min trying to find someone to open the store. It took going across the street to the other store and finding someone who had never rented a trailer to someone and us both walking through the pickup to get on the road.Eric E.

Licensee\vendor was excellent. However U-Haul corporate was a major disappointment. I used U-Haul online for a guaranteed service. Arrived at pu point only they did have the trailer requested. Ended up using a truck at twice the expected charge.Gary B.

Hi First of all I been charge for a 20â€ feet truck and they said is fine and and 2 day before they said, they didn't have any available so I have to said I take the 15â€ feet but if someone cancelled before my reservation time came on I take the 20â€ so my reservation Was four Sunday 26 at 5:00 pm but I did show up at 3:00 pm because I don't want any problems but I found the location closed with a little piece of paper sayings CLOSED. For U-Huaul visit a grocery store sorry so I called customer service many times during this time one of them told me the person at the store had an emergency, and another one told me I have to wait until 5:00 and I said ok but at 5 pm I didn't called again and they told me the area manager want answers so they want me to go another location I didn't have any ride for do that so the guy told me take a Uber and I told him if who's going to pay and he said he can't help me so he transfer my call to another one in another location and she said I have to wait until next day she can't help me ether so I loose another day in middle of nowhere for one day and I have to wait until Monday morning and the lady was in the store she can figured it out to give me a new truck because the truck supposed to be a gonna take someone take it for a local trip and I have to take another truck with a trailer without lights on the trailer (rear light) and I tried to fix but looks like the problem was coming from the truck so Wednesday I get refund the difference from the 20 feet truck, I had a really bad experience because I loose one more day of work and I lost my help on Sunday so take me more time to load the truck by myself on Monday so was pretty bad experience thank you anyway have a great dayAdriana G.
Ridleys did a nice job getting a truck for me after the other place in Heber City screwed up my reservation and the customer support center could not resolve the issue. The 24/7 system is broken and customer support doesn't have the tools to resolve issues.Richard T.

One tire was about 10 Lb low in terms of pressure. When fully up, the latch jambed with top of the trailer, could be almost impossible to get the back gate down again.David H.

When I picked the UHAUL up it was VERY dusty and dirty. To top things off, the UHAUL AC broke 2 hours into my 9 hour trip. My pregnant wife and I were extremely hot inside of the UHAUL as it was blazing hot outside. Customer service was not helpful at all and after contacting them more than 3 times someone a few days after my trip gave me a measly $50 refund credit when someone had told me they would give me a full refund. Pick-up location was great service. On inspection it was clear that one tire would need replaced. contacted the 800 U-Haul for assistance and received ZERO help. The local pick-up location worked hard to resolve the issue. Great pick-up location POOR 800 U-Haul service.JOE J.

I took the time to clean the trailer. This caused me to turn it in about 45 minutes late. Are you really going to charge me an extra $20 for 45 minutes? There are 4 or 5 trailers on the property, they will be sitting there a while.....GREGG F.

Our truck broke down and know one seems to care.It was after I said I would sue u haul if my 2 freezers of meat and food spoiled did things strayed to happen.So with this being said I will never use Uhaul again nor will I advise people to use your company in fact you will get a bad review from me.David N.

I would recommend it because it's the only place in town. While the workers did the best they could to provide me with a good experience, they were trained in how to do it, didn't have the proper technology to sign me up properly, the truck was stuck on a sheet of ice and we spent an hour trying to get it out, including using my tow rope and truck to try to get it out. Then I returned it here, but I guess they couldn't get it to put them down as the return location so they put some other place, even though I was to return it here. When I did return it, the lady that was working didn't know how to take it so she just.took my name and number. Two days later I get another bill saying I had kept it two extra days even though I returned it the very next day that I got it. When I returned to them to ask about it they said I had to call UHAUL to get it worked out. I honestly don't have the time to work all of this out when I did everything correctly.CAMERON L.

Best in the area by miles. Have rented ~seventy UHaul trailers over the years this location is way above average. About three of the ~thirty locations I've used have been brilliant. This is one. People were friendly, it took a little bit of time because they were training a new employee. They didn't have an appliance dolly, which I reserved. I had to buy a appliance dolly from Home Depot because there was not another Uhaul location open in the area. Also I only got 6 packing blankets instead of 12, this was an honest mistake as the packets of 6 blankets looked like it had 12 in them. Overall the employees were very friendly, I am still a little disappointed that they didn't have an appliance dolly.Jason A.

The only issue was we were supposed to pick it up in Heber. Went to Heber and they change the address at the last minute to Midway.Pamela C.
Check-out was secondary to convenience store purchases taking twice as long. Had to hook-up and check lights by myself. Return was even worse. Brought back and put in exact same place 2 hrs early. Attendant took 43 minutes to clear a simple return. Of the 4hrs & 30mins of use a good part of the time was checking out and in. I'm 72 yrs old with recent hip surgery and the process was grueling. U-haul is upstaged by gas and groceries and if time is important go to a u-haul dealer.Richard L.

There was only 1 person running the store and the uhaul rental at the same time. Although he was very helpful and I felt bad for him, he was having to check customers out at the same time as processing my trailer pickup. The trailer didn't have anything to lift the hitch to the ball, which was very difficult, and one of the tires had a screw in it and was flat when we left the lot. We had to fix the tire. I would think that they would inspect the trailers before renting them out.Wendy R.

It was hard to tell that the gas station was the pick up place for the trailer. There needs to be a sign in front in instructions on the pick up info that it is the Ridley's gas station and not the store.Emily W.
