I waited 6 1/2 hours for someone to come and let the door down on the truck, I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. That’s set my move back a whole day and cost me more money for movers. Still waiting to hear back from someone at your company . The women at the actual location were beyond nice and made everything else smooth.

It was a hassle doing it from the app plus the person at the location does not work for uhaul so she couldn’t help us plus it took us above 45 mins to get the truck and we couldn’t even return it at the same time because it would have been extra so we rented it for another 24 hrs

As far as recommending this location it all depends on how quickly you handle my grievances. The time before this I had 2 complaints and to be honest I don’t know if y’all really took care of those issues like y’all promised or not because I haven’t taken the time to check ; but I will! Now this time so far I have one issue and I should not even have this 1 issue concerning the amount of gas that was in the truck when I rented it, because before I even got in to drive your UHaul truck away from Right Space Storage I told the proprietor that the truck is not at 1/2 full and it was explained to me that I would have to take this issue up with UHaul. Now to me that doesn’t make any common sense because they could take care of what should be a simple matter and the truck is right there and it hasn’t even been moved and they already know this to be so because they’re the ones that have the key to your truck, right? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at the same location and the same 2 women that work there at Right Space Storage on Armagosa in Victorville California.

Pick up was slow due to issues with access to Uhaul system. Staff friendly and still accommodating to getting us situated.

Even though the truck was 10 ft. I wish it would have a ramp. Some of the items were heavy. But over all the truck was great

We had a wonderful experience with the actual location. However, when I first called to check on my uHaul they had selected a location that was 40 minutes away from my preferred location. That was a bit of a hassle to fix, but it all worked out.

I was disappointed with the amt of time I only got to keep it, was expecting 24hrs and only had it for 4-5hrs, as it was promised to another customer at 10am the next morning, it made me have to be rushed and it caused me much added stress! I was pleased, however, with the price...and I did get it back before the next morning, even tho I would've love to have had it longer, for another load! I will, however, use uhaul again...I've used uhaul over the past years, many times!?? thank you!

They worked closely with us to obtain storage and to return the truck and trailer to them even though they normally do not handle car haulers. Uhaul is lucky to have this business representing them.

I am very disappointed in this charge on my credit card for an additional 82.00 that I did not approve I did not leave the truck dirty and there was nothing in the cab she asked me about a glove I told her I dont know where that came from it was not mind and if there was mud I need to see that because there was no mud in my car and I was only 2 hours late so to be charged $40 I did not agree to and I paid for additional miles that I did not even use. Very disappointed tried to speak with manager today and the assistant manager was nasty to me and told me I had to call UHaul and was on hold for to long but no I am not happy at all about having to pay $242 for one day. And yes I want a return call..

Truck need tires , Wipers and engine service !! used two quarts of oil first 1000 miles, tire wear bars showing , wipers will not clean rainwater off windsheild

I rented the trailer from another location and it was not ready at 10am as written on contract. I was delayed 3 hours and had to go to the above alternate location to pick up. I did not appreciate the delay.

First we had reserved a Van with a credit card at a Mariposa location, when we arrived they were renting the van to someone else. after about 20 minutes they searched and found another vehicle (a truck) clear on the other side of the desert, we drove there and were informed that the truck was not there and they werent sure when it would arrive. They then called another location and found a van, at this time we werent sure if it was going to actually be there since two times now we were lied too. I believe this guy actually called the location to verify that the vehicle was there, wish the first girl that gave our first reserved Van away had done this, probably used 1/4 of a tank of gas on this hunt as the locations were pretty far away. We finally got the Van from the last location the one above. All in all in was a pretty crummy experience, the van was nice, it moved my daughter into college which is why we needed it, we got out a few hours later due to the hassle but we got it done. I still dont believe since we had used a credit card to secure the first vehicle it should have been rented without a call or something. I mean thats why we gave the card details. You did give us a 50.00 credit only because we were told a second vehicle was at the second location but it wasnt. The experience was pretty shotty.

Sonia was very helpful with our return. We dropped off the truck afterhours and the next day we received our return confirmation. This move went off without a hitch!

The customer service lady was abrupt, wanted to upgarde me immediately if i could not return early at a higher cost to me. I politely turned her down on both an earlier return and a bigger vehicle. Upon my return she did not accurately record my returning gas level and she informed me if I didnt not clean the inside of the truck cab, she would charge me $25.00 He demeanor, facial expresions, tone and attitude was less than professional and curteous.

I went first location,have a no truck and send this location.. I was from 150mile a way.. waiting one hour.. and send this location....first location was very bad... never go back there... I am using many time U-hall may be look for other moving company......you guy can check which location Im talking..
