Great customer service.
John SilbernagelAlthough this reservation was done only 24 hours in advance, the trucks still had snow on top of them, and the attendant had no idea I was coming in for a pickup, and they had no proper equipment for snow removal. Aside from that, the attendant was kind and helpful, and the pickup process was smooth.
ERIC MADSENI thought the price was quite high , only reason we went through with it was that we were running out of time . We payed for the gas and it was well over 200”00 dollars for half a day ? Too high .

Carlton EmersonNot renting trucks with a full tank of gas is a joke and will keep me from ever renting from UHaul again, which is too bad, as both locations were great. But guess what? I'm not up for playing "let me try to guess how much is half a tank" when I'm filling prior to returning...especially with gas prices what they are, You are scamming people with this. Nobody is going to correctly guess a half tank of gas. You're going to be under, or you're going to be over...and either UHaul is going to make you pay for returning less than you should have, or they're going to benefit from the free gas you just gave them for going over. Get it together, UHaul. Times are tough, we don't need you out here straight up scamming people.

deborah hicksMake the online check in faster and easier and be more transparent about extra fees. I prepaid, swept out the truck, refilled with gas and still got charged extra (I believe for mileage, and I disclosed exactly where I was going). I feel I was way over charged for this service.
ELIZA WEEKSThe location was inconvenient and not at all even close to where we had originally reserved the truck...TWICE! However, the people who work for the storage company were wonderful. They were friendly and understanding of the HELL the UHaul company had put me through.

ROSE M BRANNANAlways have the unit full of gas .... very hard to put gas in a vehicle which is showing 5/8 of a tank when you bring it back. If it was full then you would just fill until it shuts off and you’re done. Bad policy for U haul to not have vehicles on full when picking up.
DAVID SHIPPEEI picked up and dropped of on a Sunday. Would be a bit easier for us non technical folks if we could speak to a person. All in all, we got through it fine.
Thomas ClowAfter going through all steps to rent truck using phone, had keys in hand and got error code. Nightmare! Took almost half hour. Returned keys in dropbox, thought would get email of final charge and receipt. Nothing! Still don't know final charge but get this survey

GARY LAUZEThough I didn’t rent one, I noticed that the trucks were all still covered in snow and plowed in by snow banks though the storm had been over for over 36 hours. The appliance dolly I rented had been abused and did not work properly as the tensioning handle was bent and would go past the point where it is supposed to stop. Service was friendly, though quite a bit slower than the uhaul I usually go to. Seemed like the computer might need an upgrade...

The only thing that was wrong was if you bring it back with more fuel in it than what you started out with they wont help to reimburse you the difference BUT if you bring it back with less than what you started out with they charge you TWICE as much the fuel cost to make up the difference. 6 hour rental cost was over $400.00, NOT worth it!!!

JOANNA BYERLYI reserved a 15 foot truck 3 weeks before my move. Two days before my move U haul called me and told me there was only a 10 foot truck available unless I wanted to drive an hour away from my home to pick up a 15 foot truck. I was NOT HAPPY with this experience!!! This was not acceptable, and what is the point of a reservation if you can't follow through on what the customer needs? I will use another company next time. You have one job, and that is to provide the customer with what they reserve. You made my move a stressful hassle.
