Over charged me and items weren't as listed like fuel level and price as well as the celling of this store is falling down making a feel of safety far from close broken parts inside of vehicle as well

Darrell HagerDrop off location was not well maintained and the after hours drop off is not ideal. We dropped off our truck on Sunday, a day early, and the next morning I was getting phone calls and texts from someone at the drop off location stating they couldn't find the keys to the truck. We placed the keys in what we thought was the drop box on the building that stated "U-Haul Center". The person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and unwilling to listen. He kept saying, "We dont have a black drop box. So you're going to have to pay for a replacement key because this truck is scheduled to go out this afternoon". He seemed more concerned about telling me we didn't turn in the key via phone calls and text instead of actually looking for the key. After going back and forth, he found the key in the dropbox of the business next to U-haul. Again, unclear marking of where the REAL drop box is. I understand, we placed the key in the wrong dropbox - however his attitude and customer service around the entire situation was less than ideal. He was focused more on blame than finding a solution. Even after I offered to go back and show him exactly where I put the key.

Eric WaltripThe vehicle was on a 1/8th tank when I first got it. The moving pads we ordered were not provided and a fishing lure was left out on the floor of the vehicle as well. I will not be using a vehicle from this location again.

Kyle BrestersI tried contacting someone about drop off after I returned it within 24 hours. I forgot to use the app and was charged a 2nd day. Added a cleaning fee when it was cleaned when dropped off. Was never told about an after hour fee of $20. Ended up paying double! Never will rent again if I have to use this location.

Townley HedrickThe man who helped us to load the Car on the tow dolly took the chains on the hitch that were supposed to be hooked to the frame of the car on the hitch itself. What would have happened if that all came loose and I lost my car off the dolly? Someone needs to teach them how to hoot those up

Gerard HymesI was told to return the vehicle to another location other than where I rented it. When I went to return it, the office was closed, the key box was to thin to acceptvthe key, I had to scan the bar code on the door of the placed I rented it from then go back to dropoff location to take pictures of mileage, fuel and inside condition. Finally taking a pic of where I parked it then online return site said I owed $50 more for 2 days and gas and dirty vehicle( none of which was true). I called customer service who didnt answer after 20 minutes. I signed in for live chat which also didnt respond after 20 minutes. I checked my bank acct. And the estimated amt. For rental had already been withdrawal so I was expected to pay 137+ to finish return procedure. It took me 90 minutes just to drive back and forth with my own vehicle and now have to get this resolved somehow. Horrible experience

Charles WollardI was told to return the truck with as much gas as it went out with, 1/8 tank. I did that, even a little more. I was charged a fuel charge. This doesn’t make sense, if you want it back full, give it to me full. Ripping off customers for a few dollars isn’t good business. I will go with Penske next time

Lori PattersonMessages from U-Haul were confusing when I checked the rental in at 4:06 p.m. U-Haul sent me a message saying that I had just checked the auto out at 4:06 p.m. and I had 6 hours to return it seem confusing to me but they said everything was fine at rikers
