Check the locations and make sure they can handle the trucks that are. To be dropped off the third location I had to go to was the only one with space to take a truck and trailer of that size.

The only thing I would change is send the link for drop off earlier in the rental vs later. I only say that is, with it being Sunday and the location i used closed at 2 and i returned my rental back about 4 then a link came through and I had to go all the way back to share my location for drop off. Its minor and just a thought, otherwise everything was perfect! Absolutely will use again.

The highest level of customer service I have ever received at a U-Haul location. This U-Haul location has some absolutely wonderful and caring people. Would recommend this location to my most cherished friends and family.

That truck that was ready to me Was Clean. It ran Rough and inefficient, Really smell the oil coming off the engine. I ordered the truck online, I was charged $30 for safe move And I didn't even Request it. Over all I am unsatisfied will never rent from there again.

the truck size i ordered which is guaranteed was not available so the clerk offered me free mileage to make up for it and a different size truck. he wrote free mileage on my contract and initialed it and also stated since he would be checking us in there would be no issue. I was charged approx. $400 on mileage and when i called to dispute i was told that giving free mileage is not an option and that the clerk (who apparently has done this several times before) should not have promised something he couldn't give. I would now have to call corporate u haul directly to try and dispute. very disappointing that someone would appease me with something knowing they can't actually follow through and then do nothing about it. When i called today i was told the computers are down and no one can help me. this may be true but again very frustrating. I would like a refund for my mileage

The app didn't work properly. I had to call tech support in order to get the app to work properly so I could pick up the truck before the site opened. Then the key for the truck I rented was not in the lock box. I had to call customer service so they can get me another truck at the same location. Then the emergency brake line broke on the truck I was given so I simply placed a rock behind the tires as a precaution. I requested a dolly but there was non in the back of the truck and I was charged for it.

The people in the office are so nice! They always ask if I want a bottled water; Tucson gets hot. We always rent from this location and always will even though there are other options nearby. Great service. Great people.

Upon return of the truck .It was difficult to check it in .Being charged and extra 20.00 to have them check it in is unacceptable

The van was fine as it only had 7500 miles I would hope it would run well. The issue is with the location. Half of the of the people I would fire and the other half are above average. Management at this location needs to get their act together.
