Tell them not to count on your company having their reservation correct and not notifying them until the last second. U-haul sucks.

i just want to take some time to rate Hugo, owner of Rivas Towing. What a wonderful person. Smart, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. If I need his services in the future, he is my "go to" person. Can't say enough good things about him.
Earnest KThe car hauler ratchet straps were in bad shape. Upon return I had to wait 25 minutes because the location was late opening. The operator reported that I did not return the equipment until two days latter and tried to charge me two extra day renal fees which U-Haul did agree with me and gave me credit on my card. I will never rent from this location again.

Nicholas CHad a issue with returning trailer. In the contract agreement where to drop off.. it was close by, but apparently before i got there I was told they had no room for it. Had to go down the road to drop it off, where they didn't speak english to well.

Susan DI was in a hurry to pickup a car and it took over an hour to get the car dolly. I will not use uhaul anymore. I am a small business owner that had over an hour wasted.

THOMAS RWe had placed our order for in-person check-in and when we got there, no one was there, so we called the u-haul 1-800 number and they said the location set up the u-haul order so that it was mobile check-in, so the 1-800 helpline had to convert our order over the phone to a mobile check-in so that we could complete it.
