I did not receive the pads that I paid $12 for. Lock was frozen tight and couldn't get the truck open.
Amy Newsomwas able to get me the trailer with the double doors. the guy that was checking me in had jacked up his back and had to use the forklift to get the trailer connected to my truck because he couldn't lift it. but was super friendly .

Austin AscheI used the sheet given to know how much gas to put in the vehicle and it was off! I put more gas in it than was necessary so paid way more than necessary to fill the tank....then was charged another $14.10 for extra milage....you would think they could have cancelled that as I put more than that in extra gas in the vehicle....not great service....disappointing

Joshua ChlanI understand that the trucks arrive based on when people drop them off, but when I have a reservation set for pick up at 2 PM I do not appreciate a call 20 minutes prior that the truck is not there that is completely unacceptable to me, especially when I had to drive over an hour to pick the truck up.

Walter BeinkeNot a thing. This location always has helpful and friendly staff, equipment is always maintained, clean and ready to go. I use this location because it’s so quick and easy to get in and out of there with what I need. Never had a problem here, and I suspect if I ever did it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
ELAINE ASHPOLEYour representatives including a manager from your managing office...a young lady who represented herself as the office manager colluded with the river bend office to create a lie that was absolutely unnecessary and very shady behavior....she thought that she was someone special and above the truth by doing some very unprofessional tactics...and at the end of the day, I still received my money back that she and her cohort attempted to scam me out of....dishonest, trashy attitude....

Mark LumsdenI am rating this location as poor because of the customer service. The Uhaul sign was super small and there were no Uhaul vehicles anywhere, so I did not know if I was in the right spot. The guy who came out said i could leave keys with him and he would e-mail me the receipt. I said I wanted one before I left. He said he had nothing to give me. And did not know I was even coming. I waited over a half hour for him to do the paperwork as he helped other paying customers. It was not good customer service at all. I have worked in customer service and I know how to give good service. I am truly disappointed with this part of the trip and when I bring my next load up I will not be dropping off here.

Myron SchweimIt took a long time to get checked out as the rep felt he needed to go through all the details. I appreciate that he was probably just doing his job, but feel there could be a "quick" check out process for those of us that are frequent customers and know the requirements.
