The man at the counter would not help us when we had trouble checking in on the app. He stated he 'was not a U-Haul rep'. There was no cell service at this location to check in so we had to drive back to our house, check in on our computer, and drive back to pick up our van. We wasted 1 1/2 hours of our reservation. Although the proprietor of the business was polite, he was not helpful at all. He would not take a minute of his time to help me check in. He just told me to do it online!! There was no personal assistance at all and as a result, the check-in was not completed correctly!John G.

The rental return instructions using the app were confusing. It told me to drop the key in the lock box and then asked me for odometer reading and photo! I had already locked the vehicle. Process to pick up and return took too long.Claudia L.

The app/website needs a lot of work. Originally, there was one setting that had location services turned off. Once turned on, i would be able to get through a step or two and then it would stop working. Thank you to the person who reached out to me Saturday morning.
