I returned the 15 foot box truck and they told me told me I owed an additional $400. I logged in called in to ask for an explanation and they said that I had used a 15 foot box truck and also a 10 foot box truck. Still awaiting a response on the adjustment financially

Also feel the insurance add ons are ridiculously priced. You advertise this low price of 20 per day but the. As on hundreds of dollars for insurance coverage in case something happens. That should just be in a standard price. Less surprise charges that way.

They simply took my name and I dropped the trailer off, to be checked in the next day. Everything went well, but I usually like to make sure the deal is complete and there is no problems.

james finchOnline service is too cumbersome. Had to upload driver license multiple times. Even though I did it before pickup. Lock device for key didn't open easily. Was difficult to find. Took 30 mins to actually get the keys. Without the phone support it would of been much more difficult. This will affect my rental decisions next time.

Shayne IdeWhile the location for pick up and drop off were very good...the booking through the UHAUL WEBSITE was a night mare. I had to speak with representatives several times about my booking a trailer, and several times I was given a different date for my reservation. Had i not called several times to be assured that my trailer pick up and drop off locations were accurate i would have been SOL woth no trailer. In the future i will NOT use the website for uhaul to book a reservation but will instead go directly to a facility to reserve.

Michael LesterThis was a complex rental (10 days) and involved towing a large boat to a show in Grand Rapids. The 15' box truck worked well, but I was concerned about the transmission shifts (occasional misses). While in Grand Rapids, the shop checked it out and made some adjustments so that the return trip was uneventful. Nice job everyone. Good gear and good service. NOTE: if there's a way to NOT block the deck with the hand truck and straps, it would help with loading. Same with the bag of blankets. They were in the way.

Steve BaxterThe driver side door was sounded like a wind tunnel. Even with 5g internet on my phone had continuous trouble trying to get key code and loading drivers license. U haul changed my truck size 3x and had wrong date down Even though I scheduled online for a Tuesday they said your reservation for Wednesday. Finally 1 lady at this location(employee) Saw me having extreme troubles offered to help and Finally able to get me a truck and complete the transaction after 45 minutes and I had to get 1800 help which he was very nice but I was already over the moon frustrated by this time. So the employee and 1800 talked too. So I went front online reservation of 10ft Truck to u haul changing it to 15ft, uhaul changing it again 20ft back to 15ft. Luckily after my delayed time start I was able to get truck back in plenty of time for the 4 hr. Time frame which I was extremely stressed about since the 45 minutes it to even get the truck. U haul gave me extra 45 minutes to return but they closed at a certain time. They didn't inspect vehicle upon return either which I found really weird too so I took a picture of mileage and gas gage. I went approximately 37 miles and returned with more gas than I started out with.
Sherry LauxI returned the trailer at 2:30 pm on Friday, 11/04. The agent pointed to a spot in the drive and said to leave it there. No one inspected the trailer. I was told I’d get an email receipt for the return. It is now Saturday afternoon and I have received nothing. I feel the service in Perry was very poor.

I told the person upon returning it and she said they would check it out. Other than that, everything was great and professional. Thank you.
sabrina freewhen i return the uhaul on the app at the end it tried to charge me again when they charged me once befor i got to take the keys and use the equipment. so do you always charge up front and then reimburse the difference later after the equipment is returned? becasue i would have been more than happy to just pay at the end of the service when it was checked in an returnd the truck on the app, because there were no uhaul people left when i came back the same day to drop off.
