William L40 minutes from me but hope to deal with this location again.
Justin HContract states truck had 39,153 miles when it really had 93,153 miles. Contract states truck had 3/4 of a tank when it only had 1/4 of tank and I returned truck with 3/4 of tank just because I’m nice guy yet they still charged me for 9 gallons of gas at $38.68 . I Have pictures with date and time to show these discrepancies. Worst of all is truck was returned with 93,364.7 for a total trip of 211 miles yet I was charged for 232.6 miles because they say it was returned with 93,385.6 and again I have the pictures with dates and times showing all the above. So definitely do not recommend this location as they will rip you off. Never left a review or rated anything but when I have the pictures with dates and times showing the odometer and gas tank both at pickup and drop off its very aggravating to be taken advantage of by dishonest people just because you have a card on file and know u can charge it. Please avoid this place!

Jennifer BI had over 1/4 tank of gas. They said it was below what it should have been. They dinged me for gas. It seems unfair. U-Haul can improve their service by providing tucks with a full gas tank and ready to go. This non-sense of guessing fuel gauge readings would be avoided.

Robert WI would highly recommend this location but was not happy at all with U-Haul. The truck share app/website had multiple errors and would not recognize our reservation resulting in our schedule being two hours behind. U-haul gave us a free day but then charged us for it plus and 3rd day when we returned the truck so now, a week before Christmas, U-haul has the remainder of our money and probably will not be able to return it before Christmas is over. Horrible experience.

Larry NI have been charged 3 times for a 1 time rental and the only person who has been trying to work on it that I know of is Ike from the store. He called the Uhaul company but I haven't seen any refund. Not very happy!

KIMBERLY SMy only comment is that the office was supposed to be open at 8. The owner didn't show up until 8:30, so we had to wait in the parking lot wondering what we should do if no one ever showed up. He was a friendly enough guy, but they should be open when advertised.

RANDALL RThe problem I had was with uhaul not the pick up or drop off locations. I originally set up a pick up 1 mile from my house uhaul changed the pick to a location 19 miles from me less than 12 hours from the pick up time. Then at the pick up we set up for the unit to be dropped off at any location where I was going and uhaul changed it to 24 miles away from where I was going. Totally inconvenient to me. I pass 8 uhaul locations to the drop off location. This was all done by uhaul corporate. And then they offered me a free month of storage the closest U-Haul storage is almost 30 miles from me. An utter kick in the face by uhaul. The least they could of done is offer a discount for all the extra gas to drive to the out of the way locations.

Michael WPricing....pricing.....pricing Reserved online was one price. P/U location was higher and different. Then tried to pay cash, couldn't do that either. Seems to be differences between uhaul and there vendors. However, customer service WAS AWESOME!! Extremely happy with service & would recommend location p/u & drop off, as well as U-Haul!!!! Thank you for assisting me on (hopefully) my last move!!!!!!!
