CORINNE WRob has always provided great customer service to me whenever I was in need of a Uhaul rental. Even in a days notice, he has been able to accommodate me. This is why I keep coming back. You can’t beat the price and service!
David DI needed to use a u haul to pick up a couch my job donated to me. I used a 15'ft truck (needed a ramp). I picked up the truck at 12:44pm returned the truck at 2:35pm and only drove a total of 26 miles to the location my house and drop off the truck and I had to pay $108.00 .. To much for such a short amount of time and distance... I did not even use that much in gas... This should not have cost so much.. I should not of had to pay for the full time.. Or the large amount of gas.

dean fDuring the checkout phase, call the vehicle a vehicle and not the equipment. Calling the equipment was confusing.
Paul DCorporate website is too much upsell. The insurance is overpriced and misleading. Overall pricing is about $25 higher than it should be. Mileage and base price is acceptable. I’m going with another provider next time until I hear better feedback from others

Dennis OTruck was a mess inside. It was all wet and smelled of actual garbage inside when I got in. Dirt, food wrappers, and sticky spots all over the cab. I won't be renting again.

francis tU-haul called last min to change my location for pick up, which I had to pay more for the mileage. The person at that location can careless about his customer, was watching the football game while checking me in. Give me the key and I walked around to check the car. I mention couple of area around the car with dings, and he said "I know the damages on my trucks!" He over charge me when I returned the car but I just didn't want to deal with him.

JENNA SThe truck was beyond dirty, and the check engine light was on from the time I picked it up. When questioned about the condition of the truck, the owner of the place said he was too old to keep the truck clean. When I returned it, he wanted me to clean the dirty truck he gave me and cried about being an old man, so my daughter cleaned out the back since the guy said he'd give us a discount. NO discount, and we had a drive a dirty truck with a check engine light, making noise, and on top of it, clean it because the guy was "too old and weak" to do it himself. Guy hates his life, his customers, and probably POC. The damn radio on the truck didn't even work...so we had to listen to the lovely sound of gears grinding. I have rented several times in the past, but this has been the worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle from ANYONE. If I had not desperately needed the truck this time, I would have walked away from the reservation; this place sucks to rent from, and I will only use REAL Uhaul centers from now on; I never had a problem renting from them, maybe hire someone to clean your cars? Or maintain them? You would think having a shop at the same location would ensure the truck are maintained.....NOPE! You even get to load and unload your own equipment, unlike other Uhaul centers. Even better, they don't give you the lock to the back of the truck, so you get to provide your own. The guy has a bunch of awards and recognition, but it might have been before he got "old, weak," and lazy. SERIOUSLY GO TO A REAL UHAUL LOCATION, do not give this man any of your money; he does not deserve it
