Nathan MTruck was filthy when I picked it up. Windshield was dirty. Mud in the cab. I had to sweep out the cargo box before I could use it. Then I got charged the cleaning fee.

RONALD FOur truck’s battery died and we had to wait almost 2 hours for U-Haul’s roadside assistance to jump us. Thank God we were parked in the driveway of our new home and could wait inside as it was only 35 degrees! I’m just wondering if these trucks are regularly maintained/ checked out before they’re released. Our had 147K miles on it.

Kevin EI rent a truck from Uhaul at least once a year for several days. Uhaul should make it mandatory that the windshield is cleaned. The inside of the windshield (every time) was very dirty from people vaping and smoking in the truck. This made driving at night difficult. The trucks all smell like a smoky bar room. Other than that the truck performed as expected. This stuff should be common sense.

GREGORY DWhen I set up this reservation I chose Aamco Transmission to return trailer to but when we got there, they were CLOSED for vacation! This drop off location should have been listed as unavailable. We were in a city that we know nothing about and this was very stressful. Luckily, no thanks to UHaul,s eternal hold time, we were able to find another place who helped us.
Donna TTrailer had rusted lugs on wheels which havent been serviced in a long while. The latch on back was rusted everywhere, tires didnt have much tread on them. Robber safety latches on breakaway chains were dry rotted, unusable. Ive owned trailers before, yours didnt handle well even while pulling w a v8 engine. You need better trailers, period. I travelled 300 miles towing it, and was worried the whole time it was gonna blow a wheel bearing, also no spare tire or jack. Not acceptable.

Ronald OMany uhaul locations aren't open on Saturdays.....many emploed people have to move on weekends. Luckily we found the above business was open Saturday til noon.
Todd bOne of the ratchet tie downs was worn out and needed replaced. Should have been replaced before I rented it. Was difficult to operate Thought would have to cut strap to get it off.
