Une seule recommandation: Ma commande Ã©tait pour un camion + couvertures + dolly + boÃ®tes, que j'ai choisi pour Boucherville lors de la commande en ligne. J'ai dÃ» aller chercher les boites Ã Boucherville et le camion Ã Beloeil. Online check in take 1 hour and has many bug. No service in french by the phone. No e-mail with explanation on online check in. Charge of 30$ to put gas when the station is 100m near. Really disapointed.Annick B.

Truck beeped warning of brake system verification needed. I called Uhaul reservation to advise and request to return vehicle to a closer location. Call centre had an hour wait, I requested a callback. Automated call back (an hour later) resulted in an immediate hang up without speaking to an agent.Fred-Eric B.

Je n'ai jamais eu le code pour les clÃ©s. Nous avons Ã©tÃ© obligÃ© d'appeler la madame Cloutier dans son congÃ© pour quel vienne nous donner les clÃ© qui Ã©tais supposÃ© Ãªtre dans la boÃ®te , sinon tout Ã©tais parfait. I rented the truck at this location but I had my stuff at UHaul Saint-Hubert storage. When I loaded my things, the door wouldn't close. So I asked the help of a UHaul employee who was very polite and professional. However, we spent 2 hours trying to fix the door with no luck but we managed to at least close it to be able to make the move. When I unloaded my stuff, I had the same issue closing and even hurt my hand. When I returned the truck, the person at the rental store was so mad the door cable was broken. She did not care about my experience at all and was trying to reach the Saint-Hubert location employee to accuse him whereas he was far more professional than her.Abdelaziz E.

1 first they accepted my Debit Card online and when I showed at the location they told me I had to pay an extra 100 because its debit! almost wasnt able to move. This could have been a nightmare! I was also told I would get my money back once I bring the truck back and the guy said "They will send it by the post" what is this ? you say one thing do another and at the end I pay with debbit what the heck do I receive money in a check instead of deposit payback. Back experience overall went thru couple of hassle I was barely able to pay. next time I hope they give you the right information.Martin B.

SurÃ©valuation de mon KM Ã faire. J'ai dis que je pense faire entre 90 et 100Km (ce qui a Ã©tÃ© le cas) mais on m'a facturÃ© 80 MILES ... donc ... 129-130KM. Beaucoup plus que les 90 Ã 100KM que j'avais dis. Aussi, j'ai remis 160$ Ã la femme qui s'est occupÃ© de ma facture ... mais elle a inscris 154$ et quelques sous sur la facture. On ne m'a pas remis mon change ... COVID-19 peut-Ãªtre et la femme 'essuyait' l'argent comptant avec un tissus 'Ã©ponge'. Donc, on me doit prÃ¨s de 30$. 30 KM Ã 0.69$ plus taxes ... et le 5.45$ non remis en change. Pour le reste, c'Ã©tait bien. Camion propre. Mon DÃ©mÃ©nagement/ EmmÃ©nagement s'est bien dÃ©roulÃ©. The cellphone pick-up is awfull! We lost so much time trying to reach the costumer services to help us... honestly, we are really disappointed... I'm sure it's not the fault of Robert Cloutier Auto but the whole U-Haul reservation process. We should have been able to pick up our truck easily! It almost ruin our moving day, leading to extra cost... we hope it'll get better for nexts costumers cause it was honestly stressful!Benoit R.

We were scheduled to pick up our UHaul in the center of Montreal but had to drive out of the city for 30 minutes to reach our pick up location which was quite unexpected and challenging. We tried to reach the UHaul central reservation desk in Montreal to change the pick up location but were unable to speak to an agent although we waited for over one hour twice on the previous day to pick up. Being moved so far away from our planned location was definitely not ideal and every effort should be made to keep the locations to those preferred by the customers.Steven K.

Ceci concerne le centre d'appels 24/7 (anglo). L'Ã©coute du client ainsi que la considÃ©ration plus prÃ©cise de son besoin doit Ãªtre amÃ©liorÃ©e. On m'a suggÃ©rÃ© et rÃ©servÃ© un vÃ©hicule dans un point de service Ã l'opposÃ© de la direction dans laquelle j'en avais besoin. En plein dÃ©mÃ©nagement, nous reportons le camion et nous nous attendions de recevoir notre dÃ©pÃ´t de garantie, chose que le propriÃ©taire de la location a refusÃ© de nous redonner et nous a prier de communiquer avec Uhaul pour qu 'eux s'occupent de nous faire le remboursement qui devrait prendre jusqu'Ã 3 semaines. Un dÃ©mÃ©nagement est dÃ©jÃ trÃ¨s stressant et trÃ¨s coutant. Nous n'avions pas besoin de ceci par dessus tout.Julie M.

Please see other comments. Owner was not informed that we would arrived. He was very kind and generous but I feel U-Haul could take better care of kind people like him and inform him that a car/truck will come in on the next day.Gabrielle G.
This location has closed there gates and access to entry. So when we came to drop off the truck, we had to turn back and return a day later which also caused us to incurr an additional rental day. Also, we had left a gas card in the truck and they did not care to call us about it or let us know that it was there. This speaks poorly to the integrity of U-Haul. Overall nice experience, but disappointed with the service at return.Will L.
