Maybe clean the car windows, make sure the car isn’t crashed, make sure the brakes work, make sure the advertised pictures are taken appropriately. Make sure the windshield isn’t cracked. The physical condition could be overlooked, but not the lack of safety of the car. 2/10 rating overall.

DO NOT GO HERE I had a U-Haul reserved at this location recently. When I went to this location yesterday to pick it up, the employee there said he wasn’t able to give me the keys because his manager was “locked out” of U-Haul’s system and couldn’t log in. I have never needed a manager’s approval for a mobile check-in before. I told them that I had a mobile check-in and that I didn’t need the manager’s approval yet they still wouldn’t budge and give me the keys. The manager said that he needed a receipt before I could get the keys which once again, I have never been asked to do that before for a U-Haul rental ever. I then talked to customer service agents to see if I could get reimbursed. To my surprise, the agent said that the van I was supposed to rent had a status of “Dispatched” when in fact that van was actually in the parking lot from 3pm - 3:45pm. Not sure what games this location is trying to play but I almost got scammed into paying $77 for nothing. Luckily, the customer service agent I was talking to was finally able to force the manager to give me the keys. The whole ordeal took 50 minutes before I pulled out of the lot with a U-Haul.
