The people at this location were friendly and helpfull, they hooked up the auto transport to my truck. The only issue was the tire tie down ratchets were rusty and hard to use, and when I dropped off the trailer at my one way destination the jack for lifting the trailer was very very hard to crank up, fortunately I had a can ow WD40 and oiled up the jack as well as the tie down ratchets, making them a lot easier to use.

Hubert HI like how the App had the inspection at pick up. I expected the same thing when I dropped it off. However there is no way to record that it was returned in the same good condition when returned.
David AWhen reserving a truck online, it is frustrating to have to refuse each and every one of the options that are available as add-ons. You need to add a 'refuse all add-0ns" option at the beginning.

The pick up location did an excellent job of providing the equipment we needed and making sure it was in tip top condition for the long drive we had ahead of us out of state. He also located a very convenient drop off location since this was a one-way rental. Would highly recommend them.

Dennis TI rented a 6x12 trailer and there were no tie downs up high for securing the load with tie down straps.
roger sRobs is great and the owner is wonderful but the trailer wheel straps were torn and the ratchets would not work causing me to have to use own straps on vehicle being towed
