I had the trailer for about 7 to 8 hours pop the flat called the roadside assistance filled everything out online never return my car in three hours so I left the trailer and now they're charging me $184 plus another $92 for something I have no idea so I would really like for you to get a hold of me and call me back at 937â€“250-8931 I'm supposed to have the trailer for four days only use it for one day and no one called me from roadside assistance ever and now you guys are charging me for three more days that I didn't use the trailer just not very happy with your service or customer servicenorman B.

I was quoted $39.99 for a one time fee for the rental. I was told that the office would be closed on Monday for the holiday and as long as the truck was back before Tuesday morning it would only be $39.99. When the email came with the bill, I was charged $90.00, for the rental. I made it a point to have the conversation about the fee because I knew what we could afford to pay. As my husband is a ill veteran and I count every penny. Which is why I asked how much more would it be if we kept it more than the 6 hours. The man said it would still be the $39.00. Then he went on to say that he would not be in on Monday because of the holiday. But if I kept it until Tuesday morning it would be another, $39.00. Therefore, I had it back long before Tuesday morning. My family uses Uhaul often and this is our first issue. Had I known you would double my fee after assuring me that it was only $39.00, I would have never ever agreed. We are almost 80 years old and have always worked and paid our own way. But it is not a good feeling to know that we just got beat, by Uhaul. We have a huge family and our offsprings are well over 46 people. They need to not use Uhaul, if this is how business is handled. Don't mislead, the next customer or as I tell my great grandbabies, "Don't lie." If we were working senior citizens, I would not say anything. If I could pay double the price I never would have asked for a senior citizen discount or military discount.Richard S.

While the owner of this location was super friendly, we waited almost an hour after the time we were told he would open for him to arrive. The truck was clean, but it leaked when it rained and ruined two cushions to an almost new couch. Very disappointing.joan B.

Glenn was excellent. I will use this location over others in Dayton. Smaller place with a few trucks so there was no wait. When I go to the bigger places I end up waiting an hour to check out my truck because of the line.ryan N.

We had the truck reserved for a different location that was very close to our home. I even called the location to ensure that it would be there. When we got there to pick the truck up, it wasn"t there. Apparently the person who was returning the truck did not return it to the right place. Now I understand that uhaul has no control over that but they could have called me or the store that I was supposed to pick it up from. So we wasted over an hour trying to finding out what was going on and had to drive 15 miles further away to pick up the truck which wasted even more time. It is not hard to make a phone call or send a text message. This is just simple good customer service.Terry H.

first the truck lights were broken and my kids and I sat there over an hour before they figured out it was a broken fuse. then they didn't put the safety chains on my car. also the truck was just below quarter of a tank, so I had to put gas in rite away. the whole experience was very unprofessional.BECKY B.

Rented same trailer from twisted j customs on 4/11 and had to wait over an hr. Man wouldn't stay off phone and office was a nasty mess and smelled from the dogs. Trailer lights didn't work and had to wait for over another hr. I think uhaul should discount my bill for all the trouble I had and it delayed me to late in the night. I will never go back there and maybe not use uhaul laterTim B.

Awesome owner!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! He was very helpful by even providing me additional mileage to ensure my trip was covered. I told him I was concerned that I would go over the mileage being that i was already traveling approximately 70-75 miles, and the pick-up location, which was not where I requested, was almost 10 miles from my house, adding ten miles to my trip. Although this dismayed me, he was very helpful in mapping out the trip to make sure i had additional mileage....and he was friendly while he did it!ERIN B.
This should not be listed with U-Haul as a 24 hour drop off location. If is is a bad section of town, and does not support a wide area to drop off items. There is no one there to accept items, and no secure place to leave them. The place did not "check in" my item until late the next day, and this ONLY after I'd called U-Haul, and they called him.ricky T.

the man was kind of rude, very short.also he told me if i was late it was ok he didn't have anyone renting it out right away,and i was hour or so late and he charged me for a whole day, which i have never have happened before. things happen when u r moving and for the common people every little penny matters..i think this is poor business, charge me 10 an hour fine but a whole other day..ouch..will NOT return to this location.Izor C.
