Poor customer service - they couldn't fix an error on the bill that i had not signed yet. They said that I would be charged $50 if I cancelled, which I don't believe is true. Their storage area in the back has a huge mud hole, scattered metal shards around the perimeter, and insufficient room to maneuver to pick up, (and even worse to return) the trailer. Although it is the closest one to our house, I will never use it again.

They may not have the items that you request. It was like a Sinfield Episod. When you make a reservation for items like Appliance Dollys and Hand Trucks, you expect the reservation to guarantee that the items will be available. Especially with Two weeks' notice.

I was told I was required to fill the tank up before returning the truck, otherwise I would be charged $5/gal. It would be great if that rule applied to everyone as the tank was between 3/4 and Full when I got in it (and I have pics). So when I returned it, I ended up paying for someone else's gas as well (you're welcome, whoever you are). The truck itself was clean, but not mechanically maintained as it shook violently when braking which tells me warped rotors. Are these vehicles not checked/inspected when they are returned or before another customer uses them?

Not the fault of this location but totally expected a ramp with the truck. Uhaul should make it abundantly clear that the small panel truck doesn't have one.

I waited for nearly an hour at the pick up location to get my truck, as the customer service rep couldn't get the computer system to work for the customer ahead of us. Nobody else there would assist me (even when we asked them); there were 3 other employees chatting and smoking in an office. The location was dirty and poorly maintained. The sign on the door said masks were required, yet nobody inside was wearing one. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place.

The U-Haul was full of broken glass when we picked it up. They over charged my credit card and are still trying to charge me a few that has already been refunded to me by a manager@ Uhaul.

Robert, the man working behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was also not wearing a mask although signage all around was posted saying that everyone must wear masks. Will absolutely no pick up from this location ever again. I have a photo of the employee not wearing his mask.

When I made the rental at your toll free number I was quoted $358.44 and told I would be contacted a day or two before I was to pick up the truck. When I did not receive the call I called back and found out that I was to pick up the truck at a location I never heard of so I told them I wanted to pick up the truck closer to home. I went pick up the truck and they told me the price had changed to $374. he did not know. I called the number I made the the quote but they could not help.I had to get the truck so I agreed. I think it is wrong to quote me one price and when I get the truck I am charged another price. Also being in a hurry I did not check out the truck completely they said the gas tank was 7/8 full but when I was driving it was below 3/4. Then when I went to fill the tank I notice a bulge in the tire with two dents in the rim. so I called your roadside assistance and had good dealings with all the people after that. another thing is when I picked up the truck they told me the drop off in Memphis was 16 miles from the address we where we were going. It ended up being only 6 blocks away so I ended up having to put more gas then I needed.

Online check in can be very time consuming. I would Recommend that customers arrive 15-20 minutes early so they do not miss out on time thay they paid to have the truck. Also WIFI would be a huge plus in speeding up the process as this location the cellular service was not great.

I understand that this is a tire store and adding Uhaul is new at this location. Here is my feedback: 1. The two guys helping us didn't know how to attach the trailer to our vehicle without my husband doing most of the work. They even asked my husband if he knew how to do it because they didn't. Hopefully they have since learned how since it is their job. 2. We checked in online to minimize exposure during this COVID-19 time and my husband still had to spend about 10 minutes inside the store. The guys admitted to learning a new system so I want to be understanding of that but it still took an extended amount of time when we should have already been checked in.
