Info said they opened at 10am but we were anxious to get going on the move so arrived about 15mins earlier and the young man running the office was already there and got us checked in and on our way.

Signage outside the parking lot would be helpful, it took me a bit to figure out how to get to the actual location from google maps.

Person who was at the location left for lunch and I had to wait for 30 minutes for him to come back. I rented a dolly with my online order and was not advised ahead of time that it would not be available.

Equipment was HOURS later than promised (guaranteed) time. I thought I was supposed to get $50 if my reservation wasn’t ready? Super dissatisfied, likely won’t use uHaul again at this point

This time I feel so disappointed in U-Haul service. I ordered 20’ truck and full car tow on last . Pick-up location is apple valley nearby my house. When I placed the order them website showed it was available. Two days before I pick up the truck they informed me that the place to pick up the truck and tow was 25 miles from my home address!! I did not even get a dolly in that far place!! I have to go to another branch to pick it up!! The truck and tow did not do any inspection even the signal cable if the tow were not connected!!!

The location was apparently robbed the day of pick up. Was told I would be contacted to direct me to an alternate drop off location, I was not. I was also charged twice and have not yet received reimbursement. Overall terrible experience.

Have the dealer receive training on uhaul rentals. Have the dealer work with uhaul to ensure all equipment is ready to rent. Have the dealer clean up and improve the condition of their facilities.

Dropped off equipment after hours. Location was an industrial area with many old buildings, the Hertz location was a little tricky to find since there was n noticeable UHaul signage on the street or the building.

Serious safety error as tech did not secure trailer tightly enough. It came off in bad section of Richmind 4 miles from return location. Thankfully no physical damage done, but the emotional damage could have been avoided per the helpful delivery staff who helped my daughter return trailer safely. Please reprimand staff at St.Paul location. I'd like to be reimbursed at least half my expenses and have it come from St Paul technician salary.

I scheduled an 800am pickup through TruckShare and had to wait til 10am for the office to open since no one on staff moved my truck from the night before. It WAS STUCK IN BETWEEN 3 DIFFERENT VEHICLES. No apology given, just “oh I didn’t think about that” from the employee.

I've been a good customer but you charged me a 50% late fee on a veteran's pension that means I'll be eating tuna for a week. I'll look for other vehicle rentals now.

U-Haul customer service receives a ranking of VERY POOR for me. I reserved the truck three-plus weeks in advance to pick it up in Golden, CO - after calling a handful of times I found out my requested truck would only be available at a location 30 miles from Golden. U-Haul never provided me proactive service, it was up to me to contact customer service ALL of the time. Even on the day before and the day pf my PU I had to make certain where the vehicle was located. What a shameful way to treat a customer for a business that has been around for so many years.

The guy who helped me @ this location was very helpful & kind, but it was the 3rd site I was sent to between 8-10 am & they had screwed up my reservation, as well as another woman’s @ the same time. Not acceptable!
