This is no fault of the location - I only say no because it is mobile pickup/drop off only. It was very difficult to navigate & in the end it did not communicate with U-Haul so I was charged extra days. After fighting with U-Haul for a couple weeks I got it resolved. Again - this is not the fault of the location, they are wonderful! I do not recommend it based on the fact it is mobile only.Paul C.
Other than the booking being screwed up by uHaul office, not the rental location while I was in possession of the van, the rental was uneventful. Having to book a truck on the app while I am physically at the rental location is also very counter productive and will make me think twice about uHaul in the future. It also didn't help that my original booking was given to someone else doing s one way trip on the morning of my booking at 8:30 am. I was booked for 9:30 pickup.Matthew G.
Gave me 50$ credit because I waited at a uhaul at 6am a month ago and never received a truck . If that didn't piss me off enough waiting to not even get anything now the credit I was to receive is no where to be found . I'll be sure to never use uhaul again and will recommend friends and family Don't either complete joke. I wasn't gonna come back the second time but because of credit I did . Will be my last time dealing with uhaul and the terrible customer service team . Thanks for all the inconvenience made moving so much easier 🤣Taylor C.

Location address given by Uhaul is not correct. Two GPS apps placed location 2.4 km down the road leading to much confusion. The Uhaul signs cannot be seen from the road when passing from one direction but only from the other.Michael S.

Clearly indicate hours of operation. Our first drop off location was closed on Saturday so we switched to this one. The operator told us that the new drop off location closed at 13:30 when in fact it closed at 13:00. We showed up at 13:15 but luckily the business owner was still there to help us out.Francois F.
The truck was in excellent condition, however the inside of the box was muddy and wet. I know it's winter, but if it was rinsed out at least it would be wet and not muddy.JEFF D.
We had no issues with the rockwood location in terms of customer service, however our experience with uhaul overall was terrible. We booked a truck several weeks in advance for our move. We booked it in orangeville since we were moving within orangeville. I got a call the morning of our move that the truck was not available and we could have a cargo van...which would not have worked to move a 3 bedroom house. The lady from uhaul told.me she found a truck in erin. We arerent thrilled with this since it put us behind and then we had to travel there and return it, but ee agreed to this option since we already had movers at our house and had no choice. We arrived in erin and watched someone else drive away with the truck we assumed was booked for us. We were told that thw lady from uhaul didnt press confirm.to reserve our reservation. We were then rerouted to rockwood. Not only did this set us back several hours with our move, we had to pay our movers for 3 extra hours because of this and also pay for additional km's from having to commute to rockwood! What was the point in booking the truck in the first place!!!! Will never be booking with uhaul again.Joshua J.

This is the second time we've run into U-haul software issues. Pat was helpful, as was Dianne at the Guelph location, however Uhaul owed us over $500 and could not reimburse us until up to two months later. Uhaul sucked a lot of our time away during an already stressful time.Mark C.

The safety chains on the trailer had caribeener clips inserted in the middle of them (unsafe?). There was a dog at the location that was growling at us while filling out paper work, and another 100 lb dog that greeted us at the car door. I'm a dog person so was ok, but if you were afraid of dogs, not ideal, esp the growling one! Otherwise, very nice people and place. Small item would be to have staff to give a 2 sec demo of how to hitch and unhitch trailer. Otherwise great experience.Melanie B.

The first trailer we received was not well maintained and the lights did not work, however, the second trailer they gave us was in perfect condition. There was a lot of confusion with my online booking, but the woman helping me was patient and made sure that everything was corrected properly so we didn't have any further issues. She was fantastic!Erika D.
I rented a trailer that vibrated (scary) a lot at 80 km/hr. I check the wheel nuts for tightness and they were OK. I left a note on the paperwork about this suggesting that the tires get balanced soon. Also, the little rubber tabs that retain the hook to the vehicle on the safety chains were both broken and pretty much useless.HUGH H.

I booked my trailer rental online at the U-Haul site and I even completed the "Speedy Check-In" process, pre-submitting my credit card plus driver's license info. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, it took 35 minutes to process my trailer rental and I was the only customer in the shop! The attending staff member had NEVER heard of "Speedy Check-in" before, could not find my credit card or license data on his computer and was prepared to send me away WITHOUT a trailer because he could not figure anything out. It wasn't until I convinced him to call U-Haul customer service to find out if they had the data, was he prepared to do anything for me. The customer service agent then brought to his attention that "Speedy Check-in" still requires the customer's credit card to be processed at time of pick up to validate the transaction. Just one simple step of 'swiping' a credit card upon arrival to complete an online transaction had completely eluded the sales staff at this U-Haul location. I find it absolutely incredulous that such basic training, yet essential training is not being passed-on to staff members who are responsible for running the business when the Proprietor is not on site. This kind of nonsense is an on-going issue within the blogs at almost every U-Haul location in Ontario. These are not 'local' problems; these are problems that are directly related to the relationship U-Haul has with it's individual dealers. There appears to be almost no training extended by U-Haul to those individuals responsible for managing the product line.Martin H.
