While standing there at the counter completing the check in, my flip phone dinged with a text message from U Haul. I don't text and my Son who was with me had to use the link to access the message over onto his phone to do the inspection thing in it. Not everyone owns a "smart" phone as I don't either and actually wish phones were only that, a phone, and would not have all the other stuff they contain.

There was no one available to help me this morning, she had stepped out and they didn’t know when she would be back. On the return the area was muddy so I asked if I would get stuck, they shrugged their shoulders said I don’t know, no got up to help with unhooking or anything. Very unhelpful at this location

I cannot justify my experience by rating the locatiin in Thorndale. If you really care about my entire experience, my phone number is 817-773-3791. I reserved a truck, in College Station, for 2 days. There wasn't on available for me when I went to pick it up. I was sent to several locations before I finally got one about 60 miles away. I am only one customer, but it was a terrible experience for me. Like I wrote before, call me if you really want to know, or care, about my experience
