First of all, none of these guys in store wear mask during the pandemic time. Secondly, they charged me double and so far didn't give me any explanation. I tried to call several times, they said to call me back. No one call and I called back. They don't pick up my phone. Terrible!!!!

This rental location is unbelievable, the worst experience with U-HAUL ever! The owner charged my invoice with the insurance coverage that I didn't ask and he insisted that is mandatory when renting the city van. He didn't want to listen to any reasons and at the end, I have been obliged to pay !!!! The van cabin had an incredible and disgusting smelling, probably has not been clean never !!! I cannot figure out how U-HAUL allows renting equipment to such an incompetent and disgusting place. Not recommended to anyone!

The gentleman that called me in the morning to finish the process was very rude. Yelled at me for dropping the key in the wrong slot. Threatened to charge me more because I didn't do it right. I had explained to him that my drop off was at night, couldn't see anything. He pretty much said I was stupid and I should've seen it right on the door. Very unprofessional.

The mileage out was incorrect. The mileage on the contract was 97051.6, but was actually 97056.0. Therefore, I was charged for mileage which I did not use. I was charged for 17.7 miles, but only drove it for 13.3 miles. Also was told that the gas tank was "absolutely full". I filled it up just before returning it, and put in 4.544 gallons. This was only a 15 foot truck, so the only conclusion is that the tank was not "absolutely" full when I picked it up. It should have taken less than 2.0 gallons. The man at the counter was very nice, but he said I would have to "call Uhaul" to get my complaints resolved. Based on past experiences, I did not even bother trying.

I was told and it was written on my agreement we could drop off there. The owner was angry to get the truck as there seems to be a communication issue between his store and others. I dare say it may be a software issue. The location on South Nashua called me and gave me a hard time as to where the truck was and told me I would be billed double for dropping it off at the wrong place. I told him that was an issue between him and the facility in Lebanon and he was a bit snide about it. He definitely did not give me a positive impression on customer service.

When dropping off the vehicle there was a hand written sign telling UHAUL renters that unless they rented from that location that they couldn't deliver to the location. Then two days later I got a call from the owner of the location asking me if I had damaged the vehicle. He stated that he didn't know if it was me or the folks who rented it after me, which tells me that he didn't even inspect the vehicle between renters. I am quite disappointed in this experience.

only used about 20 miles total, and when I went to fill my tank and it filled more than 8 gallons. I thought that was more than I actually used so I asked the guy at the desk how many miles to the gallon, and he said 8 miles to the gallon. so that would mean that I would of had to use more than 64 miles, which I did not. so when I got the truck the tank was not filled. so I paid more then I had actually used. was not happy about that! I should of only had to fill a little more then 2 gallons of gas to the truck, not more then 8!!

Pulled into the driveway to drop the truck off the employee who I believe was the owner greeted me at the door of the vehicle in an agitated manner saying you can't leave that here I thought he was asking me to park somewhere else but he turned around and walked away for me so I get out of the truck and he said you can't believe that there I can't take this truck I'm only supposed to have three in this is five I don't know why they keep sending me trucks he was clearly agitated he walked into the office I followed him he picked up the phone and was ordering parts for vehicles that he had in his shop I turned around while he was on the phone and took pictures of the vehicle so that I would have some sort of proof that they were no damages took a picture of the business card in the key in front of it walked back into the room and he said have you got your problem figured out yet I stated to him sir I'm very sorry but my contract states for me to return the truck here I have a lift driver on the way to pick me up and I have to work I'm not quite sure what you want to do but I can't take the truck anywhere else You'll have to take this up with U-Haul and he yelled at me in front of customers and other coworkers and said just leave the keys on the counter so I left again without any paperwork never having to sign anything when I pick the vehicle up or when I dropped it off both locations were a nightmare I am mediately called U-Haul after I pick the vehicle up and after I dropped it off he hadn't checked the vehicle in yet when I spoke to the person that you haul it was just one of the overall worst experiences I have ever had

Easy drop off but maybe too easy. We were charged for gas when my husband had filled the tank before returning to the agreed upon level. Unfortunately he did not think to take pictures when he dropped it off. Renter beware, take pictures so you can prove mileage and gas. Our mileage was calculated right.

The lady I spoke to at Uhaul was great. But, then the guy who was “in charge” of the Uhaul called me and pushed out the pickup time by half an hours. Once I got to the garage, the guy was not there. I waited over an hour for him to show up, when he did show up he was with 2 women and he smelled of booze. He was not very professional either. We walked across the busy street to get the Uhaul truck and the inside of it was filthy. Luckily I was moving a couch that was wrapped in plastic so I wasn't too worried about it staying clean. I was not impressed at all woh this. He set me back an hour and he was unprofessional, and he came walking over from the bar next to the garage. I will never deal with that location again.....

Overall my experience was great. I originally wanted to pickup the rental van at a location that was less then a mile from my house. Unfortunately that option was not available. This location for pickup added about 8 miles round trip onto my mileage so it ended up costing me a little more then if i'd had picked up at the original location i had requested. Otherwise i can't complain at all & the gentleman that rented me the van was very nice.

The dirt on the floor of the cab was not a problem, but the confusion about where I was expected to pick up the truck was--interesting. Normally I pick-up trucks at the Pheasant Lane Mall site in Nashua. The on-line reservation system told me that no trucks were available there, and apparently set me up with Rob's Automotive. I called them before leaving to pick up the truck, and the man who answered the phone knew nothing about U-Haul, and Rob was out at the moment. When I checked the truck in, I found on your site that I was expected to pick up a truck at : U-Haul res #22173641 at 11 NORTHWEST BLVD in NASHUA is scheduled for 5:00 PM on 5/17/2018 to 5:00 PM on 5/19/2018. The reservation is still showing there....

Staff seemed unprepared to accept a truck return. In fairness to them, they have a very small lot, but it was where UHaul arranged for us to return the truck. Person was pleasant but didn't really know how to manage our return.
