The people at this location were extremely nice and helpful. The U Haul system was down and they had to manually input all the information. They were patient and helpful.

ALAN SRoger the owner was very helpful. He accepted my drop off and saved me from having to drive 45mins out of my area to his location that was 15mins from my house. Also, he was extremely helpful giving me directions to drop off. Easy drop off process and access to parking.
TERRI BLeft California to drive to Tucson AZ. Was on the road a short time when A/C stopped working. I drove for 11 hours with temperatures over 100 degrees. When I arrived to return the truck I was told there was nothing they could do about the A/C issue. That it was my responsibility to solve the problem. Is this Uhaul’s policy to make the customer responsible? This should have been taken care of in Tucson.

DANA MI was relocated to this location because the unit at the original location was determined to be unusable by Uhaul. This resulted in a 100+ mile, out of my way round trip.

James BThe husband and wife owners are fantastic. Phones are answered quickly, and information is given to any and all questions. This is not the normal Uhaul representative! If you want good equipment, ready when they say it will be at the price quoted, and a call when a better deal is available then these are the two people to deal with.

Travis RCarefully check to be sure that the truck that is being rented is the correct truck on the contract. I was rented the wrong truck under someone else's name and rental contract and it has caused me a huge headache. They have even claimed I have not turned in the truck.

Alisa KRogers rentals is perfect for uhaul rental in Wofford Heights. Wonderful kind couple run the business. They also have the basics. Another excellent uhaul rental is in Lake Isabella. They carry moving boxes, tape, mattress covers at reasonable prices. The Lake Isabella uhaul also has propane and high end RV parts and supplies.

ROBERT MRoger was very accommodating. He went the extra mike to ensure I was happy with the equipment, knew how to use it and provided advise on how the remove the chains underneath the auto tow first. Roger supported me by staying open until I arrived to pickup the auto. Which meant I had to drive the truck and the auto to get loaded on the auto trailer. This was an unplanned expense for me to get an a dtivet for my car and pay for gas on two vehicles to pick up the auto tow. I was treated unfairly by U Haul. My request is the reimbursement for being mistreated and for the additional expenses to pickup the auto two 136 miles round trip. Also for my delay in travel, which took additional time to reschedule my accommodations along the way. This was a nightmare. I have never been treated like thus by I Haul in all of my years of renting equipment. Mark FI received a call from Uhaul while I was driving. When I returned the call, the agent asked me to return the truck to bakersfield and that uhaul would give me extra time and extra mileage. I told her that I was offered a savings if I returned it to Ridgecrest, but that I declined because I didn't have the time.She said that the location that I was scheduled to drop at was full and couldn't take the truck. I would need to drive it to Bakersfield. I told her I had a reservation to drop the truck one mile from my house. she finally offered to allow me to drop the truck in Lake Isabella, about 12 miles away. I told her again about my reservation. She said there was no room to park the truck and they couldn't take it. I felt that she was attempting to bully and manipulate me. She told me I could try to drop it off using the app, which I did without incident.
Katie OThe office is in disarray with evidence of years of service in a cluttered environment. However, this is just the appearance of the office. Roger was very helpful and knows his stuff. Thanks, Roger.
Justin CNothing! The online check out and check in was so much easier than waiting for someone to help you. Also the internet survive had been down since Friday so they said it take awhile. But not meeee! I told them I did it online??? Well he said in that case ...took a pic of my ID and handed me the keys ??
