When I went to pay for my tow dolly they had me billed for almost $52000. That was corrected. When I returned the dolly at 415pm on Nov 18 and trailer was scheduled to be returned on the 19th the location refused to refund me for that day. The trailer was to be picked up between 4 and 430 on Nov 14 by my son. When i paid for the trailer around 10am on Nov 14 the owner changed the tome for my pick up to 10am so essentially I was screwed out of a days rental. I am VERY displeased in the service that I received on this rental and it cost this location and probably uhaul in general my future business. I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone

Took over a hour to get paperwork done. I needed a little more than 24 hours and they asked if I would like to extend my hours. I said yes. Gave me 6 more hours, then they charged me for 24, an extra day.

The U-Haul billing process needs improvement. I am always charged more than I expect to be charged when I rent U-Haul equipment. I expect to be charged a full day rental fee for each 24 hour period that I have your equipment. Instead I seem to get charged a full day rental fee for any part of a day that I have your equipment, even one minute. On my last rental, I picked up a trailer 25 minutes before my retailer closed for the day. I returned the trailer 22 hours later and was charged for 2 full days of rental. If that is the rule it should clearly be stated before the rental occurs.

Prescreen locations for rental. Locations suggested by Uhaul did not have adequate competent people to do business. Example 12045 Tullahoma Hwy TN. Uhaul phone representative accommodated pickup date change and location change but made error on time 10:00pm reserved versus 10:00am.

Overall experience great, just no way for this elderly woman to unhook this particular trailor as no jack was on it....if not for the guys in Tullahoma who saw me apparently on video struggling n the came to unhook for me.Dont know what I woulda done without them.Tks again.??

The local U-Haul retailer people were friendly and helpful. The U-Haul billing process is very unfair. I was in possession of a 5’x8’ U-Haul cargo trailer, according to my invoice, for a grand total of 24 hours and 44 minutes. For this I was billed for 2 full day rental fees and 2 full day insurance fees. This was after my initial reservation at a different U-Haul facility in my town failed to provide the trailer I had reserved more than a week in advance. I am now in the processes of purchasing my own cargo trailer since U-Haul seems to have no clue about customer service.

Rented, paid and checked in online for easier, faster pick-up. Arrive at destination only to do the reservation over again being higher and ended up being double charged “ this is easier way” by pick up personnel. Apparently when called back to ask why I was double charged. “Our system is down” we will fix it. They did fix it. Drop off was slated for one -way... I got charged for wrong drop off location. What a crock and crooked business U-Haul. I’m a repeat customer as well.

Dakota (?Lakota?) was new and inexperienced. He was working with somebody else when I walked in. I had a reservation but still had to wait 1 hour to get checked out. He was working with somebody else and had to check them out 4 times due to miscommunication between himself and the customer. Very Very Frustrating.

As we were leaving the guy that was doing the paper came out to help us hook the trailer up and we weren't really paying close to attention to him hooking up the trailer. He said we were good to go and everything is good to go and got home and went to put the vehicle on the trailer and as the vehicle pulled up on the trailer the front of the trailer came straight up and almost damaged the truck we were hauling with because the guy hooking it up did not lock the ball hitch. Maybe you guys should train people alittle bit better and make sure they connect it right.

I am not happy with the fact that you all charge $40 for gas. That is a totally rip off and for families that are already in the struggle of moving and handling the different costs with that. It is ridiculous. I personally called to see about putting gas in it because again with the stress of a move I totally forgot. The location and people wer great but the uhaul financial side needs to try to change some policies.

Compared to the location that I had picked the uhaul up at, the drop off location was a palace. The people were very well educated on how to assist me, and they were very friendly and clean. I will use there services again if I ever need assistance. The lady that was behind the counter was very thoughtful and helped me look through the cab. She even found my phone charger that I almost left behind. You can tell her for me that she rocks and as of right now, it's only because of her that I would even ever consider using uhaul services again. Thank you for your time.
