The truck smelled and the fuel station was in horrible disarray! The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I was so worried for my safety as well! Thank goodness I had a gentleman alongside of me. I am going to cancel my credit card because I'm afraid the workers might steal my money! Do not recommend this awful dump to anybody!

Location was excellent, counter person was extremely helpful and diligent in her desire to do whatever it took to get me into my rental, in spite of her U-Haul back up ignoring her repeated phone calls!! U-Haul on the other hand SUCKS. Your online registration/ pickup system is the worst I have EVER had the misfortune to use. Your call center did not even know the location was open and I was standing in the building when I called. I talked to three different persons and not one of them could explain why my reservation dates and times kept changing in the system as we talked on the phone. Or why I had to log onto a non-existent account (I never setup). Then, after trying to set up an account online with the customer service representative on the phone with me, the online system told me I already had an account and asked for a confirmation number. When I entered the code, the system told me the account did not exist. The store personal finally after 2.5 hours of waiting managed to get the U haul system to process the reservation that I had a confirmation number for. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL ONLINE SYSTEM TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN TO ME!!!! You should reimburse me for the 2.5 hours of wasted time, being late picking up the items I had originally rented the truck to get. TOTAL CLUSTERF@#$ except for the location personal and their commitment to get me the rental I had reserved.
