There was no one there to release the trailer and I spent hours calling people and on hold to get the situation rectified.

JOHN GScheduling my reservation was a nightmare, I was told to call multiple phone numbers, I received incorrect information, my reservation was canceled at pick up due to the location Scheduling someone else to the truck, I called Scheduling and was hung up on, on purpose 5 times by an associate who stated she was a supervisor, which she wasn't. My experience was so bad, I'll try to never use this company again! The pickup location where I finally was able to get a truck was over an hour away, I will praise that location tho! The woman was so nice and helpful. As a company, your customer service is very POOR!

Richard CPick up was okay. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the U-Haul rep to call the guy running the shop before I could get the U-Haul. Once I made contact with the U-Haul rep, the rest was easy. The inside of the U-Haul trailer that rented was dirty and not swept out.
SEAN ENo assistance from employees, no walk thru , no safety checks . Trailer signal lights and brake lights not working , had to call Roadside assistance within minutes of pickup.

Larry EI have never had so much trouble renting a truck from this company. Honestly, If and when I move again, I would rather crawl on broken glass with open wounds on my knees and hands than rent from this franchise location again. I had to give my card number over someone else's phone because the U-haul agent was not even available. They did not honor the original reservation that I put in for a truck that was supposed to be available on their lot, so it took about 1.5 hours of calling and waiting to eventually get something set up. I was given no contract the day I took the truck, so had something happened, I would have been liable for damages as the insurance that I paid for was not active on the vehicle. I've never been so damn angry!

Samuel RCould not confirm the rental, tried for 2 days but the voicemail box was full. No 24/7 lock box, had to search the truck to find a key. Truck was left dirty. Also, the location has poor cell service so we had a difficult time with the on-line application.
Mark Kthe location was not nice - they didn't hook up the trailer for me had to do it myself. also I asked for one way and it wasn't one way - not this locations fault but central reservations I was charged 64$ when i was told it would be 29.99. I have rented 3 haul trailers in the last few months - probably will switch companies after this

Tim LPiece of shit truck was filthy and had a rubber lock on the back door. Well they charged me extra at the drop off location for it. It also didn't have a dipstick so the genius there put a rag over it.

CORA AThe uhaul broke down on interstate 59 as soon as we got on it. It started singing and brake light was on. Then it got to where we couldn't drive over 35 so we pull over on the side of the interstate and call they said it would be 15 or so minutes before roadside asst would contact me then when they did it was going to be 2 hours before someone could come help us. No things like that can't happen. We sat on the side of the interstate for 45 minutes so we decided to drive to next exit it started driving better but still dinged the whole way. I just feel something needs to speed up your wait for someone to help
