For me, the UHaul pick-up was in a convenient location. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and efficient (just felt bad it was such a busy time for him when I was there!). I was concerned about where to park my car during the rental period, but there was plenty of street parking.Mitchell B.

added on an $8.00 charge. Also had to wait for 30 mins because the wiring was not setup on the uhaul. Took forever. I have rented from Uhaul in the past and it was a breeze this location was terrible.BRANDON R.
No one was at the return center. No one answered the phone at the return center. The mobile app didn't work and I spent 15 minutes on hold with the main Uhaul number before someone answered and then hung up on me trying to transfer the call. The only way I WOULD EVER use uhaul again is if I had NO OTHER OPTION and couldn't carry my belongings on my backrichard S.
The man running the show isn't knowledgeable enough to be in.charge of a uhaul contract, he only gave me incorrect information and had me driving all over Denver the day of my scheduled pick up. I ended up right back there at the grape street location to pick up my truck.Kenneth W.
This has nothing to do with the location I rented from. But I made my reservation at the Uhaul in HIghlands Ranch CO near my house. I was called by an employee the day prior verifying my pickup. When I went to pickup the trailer, I was told I needed to go to another location that was not convenient. Nor was I ever called, emailed, or texted about this change of location. I wasted a lot of time due to this. Again, the staff at Ron's towing was awesome, but I am just not happy with how this played out.Stefan L.
Too many extra fees and charges, The box truck we rented was advertised at 19.95 and after all the fees and gas i paid almost 100 extra. and i only used the truck for 3 hours, so kind of a rip off. nothing wrong with Ron he was kind, but if you're renting for a small move or just moving appliances dont waste your money,RAYMUNDO V.

I was confused by the initial instructions of finding the truck. I thought I had to look for the truck ID on the lock box because that was how the instructions were sequenced. I think a numbered list of instructions would be helpful. E.g., 1. go to the truck, locate ID. 2. go to lock box. something like that...Rachel L.
I showed up at 10:30am and my reservation had already been cancelled for some reason. I had to go through the whole process again and nothing I had done before to check in counted. Then I was given the wrong Uhaul which had to be changed. The whole experience was quite honestly a mess.CALY H.

This was not the location where I was initially scheduled to drop off the truck. The drop off location was changed AFTER I had already left my personal vehicle at the original drop off location so I could drive home! I had to have someone take me to my vehicle. Also, there was nowhere to park the truck when I dropped off (it was left in a non-parking area, but the only place large enough to park a 20 foot truck!) Again, 24/7 option was not functioning to complete drop off.BRENDA R.
Great! We were helped immediately and they had the rental vehicle and equipment ready to go when we showed up. When returning the vehicle, they were very busy so we returned the keys and received the final bill about an hour later that day with no issues.JENNIFER L.

Improve truck share 24:7 interface. I had an issue where it let me rent truck and not document mileage, gas, and damage report before leaving and took me 30-45 mins to get ahold of customer support just to get it documented so I could use the truck. Putting me that much behind after spending 75$ with the company. Just expected smoother process. However location is great plenty of parking and very clean vehicles.Jeff M.

I explicitly denied any form of insurance or coverage for my rental, but when I finished my move, I found that I had been charged $14 for Safe Move coverage. The manager, Belinda, told me there is nothing she can do for me, so I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. I wish I could have just had the good experience I had and not still be trying to get my money back. This review would have been a lot better if I didn't feel like I was being pick-pocketed.Nicholas M.

Make sure your employees know how the system works... the guy running the place was stuck on my account for a while because he didn't know that uhaul looks for the best price for the customer, so when I estimated my mileage as over 100 miles, it changed the daily rate, and he didn't understand what was happening...Rachel H.
