Brian was amazing and the ease of use was unique and I recommend that everywhere. I'd like more truck size options but the 26' vehicle was more than enough. Again, perfect customer experience!

Carissa RI got bumped from Spanish Fork, Utah due to unavailability of a trailer. They looked for a location further up the road and this one was the winner. No problem, quick pick up and I was off. It took me a lot longer to drop off the trailer which you would think would be the opposite.

Henry FWhen someone places an order, and has add-ons, IE: moving pads, furniture dolly, etc, I would think they should have them available. If not, let them know ahead of time, and not when you are in route to picking up the Uhaul truck. People are moving, they need time to find these things if they are not available. Your corp office should send more, if you dont have enough.

Riley Saddress comes up in maps, but doesn't show the right location, shows about a half mile down the road. maybe add a sign on the fence or by the entrance. other than that, very helpful and 20/10 reccomend.
