The man "assisting" with the rental was rude and unprofessional. He was absolutely ZERO help with the rental insisting we do it through the app when there was barely and signal in the store. Said he could not do it from his end. He told several customers in front of me telling me he did not have time to help me I had to do it through the app. He then told me I would not be charged until I returned the vehicle. When I tried to show him the money had already been debited from my account he argued with me telling me I was wrong and rude. After almost 2 hours I finally was able to get enough signal to do what I needed to do through the app. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I have never met a sales associate with a worse attitude. If this uhaul had not been absolutely necessary I would have walked away.CHARLES H.

The person we dealt with spoke limited English and just kept telling us to "go to uhaul.com" to upload our driver's license and other information on our phones. When the uhaul website didn't work, repeatedly, he finally did it for us. Another woman in the store was trying to complete her order and they got into a shouting match. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. I think the biggest problem is that uhaul expects everyone to do everything with the phone app or on the Internet, and that just doesn't work well in rural areas or for people who don't use phone apps. Especially when the website is confusing and unhelpful.Frances D.

Mud in cab floorboard on drivers side. Mud in cargo compartment. Mud on back step bumper. Mud on side of vehicle behind front tires. Damage (dent on lower body) in cargo body on drivers side found when I arrived to pick it up. It was not shown on photo I had to accept or dispute. I disputed that photo at time of pickup and took a photo to show damage and uploaded it. Damage (paint scratch) on cargo body on passenger side and was not shown in photos I had to accept or dispute. I disputed that photo as well and supplied a photo of that damage as well. Attendant was friendly and easy to work with. However, i was not happy with having to clean up the unit to get mud out before I could start using it.James B.

Everything with this location was fine. But it did not have the equipment I reserved online. I received a call later asking about why I had not picked up the equipment that I had reserved at another location. I had not received an email or any other communication stating that I was suppose to pickup at the other location so I rented something at the one I was at. I'm retired military and have used U-Haul a number of times, this was a bad experience.charles D.

Cigarette butts in the back of the truck and someone's old soup in a Tupperware bowl behind the driver's seat. About 1/4 tank of gas was missing versus the rental agreement. Otherwise, the vehicle was clean and there was no reason to think it wasn't maintained. The truck performed well.Craig S.
