There was no problem with the rental or the customer service; however the windshield was covered with bugs and all windows were not clean. I could not clean the windshield because it required scrubbing. I want to send a special thank you to Phil at location Wheels and Deals on Barnes Rd in Colorado Springs. He was exceptionally helpful and extremely friendly.
Teresa B.Planned on doing self check-in and ran into issues with the U-Haul website. Tried a couple of times and it would not make connection. Asked for assistance inside and Jason, who works for the auction house, was very kind and helpful, even though I was taking time out of his work schedule- as I was supposed to be self check-in. I was on the road in no time.
STEPHANIE P.When we got here to drop off we spent 15 minutes looking for someone to accept the drop off. The actual office was closed and we went to to office on the upper floor, which they told us we might find someone around back at the auction receiving door. Then we were supposed to get our security deposit back, the guy told us that we needed to go to another Uhaul for that. So idk what is the issue, seems the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Hella frustrating and we spent an additional hours waiting at the other Uhaul for the manager to get things sorted with Uhaul regional. Next time we will go to Home Depot same price and less hassle.
