James RI called customer service, per the recommendation at my pick up location and the woman I spoke to advised me to drop off the trailer at a location without verifying it was correct. After arriving back home 20 minutes later, we were advised by text message from Brandon it had been dropped at the wrong location. That person ended up ghosting me in the process and just stopped responding to my messages. At the drop off location finally, the location services didn’t work and there is no other way to drop the trailer. The support received over those two interactions is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
