During checkout, the photos of the vehicle did not show some of its damage, but when I hit "dispute" and tried to upload a new photo, the upload never completed. I tried a couple times before giving up & accepting the inaccurate photo. So, from your point of view, I guess the system works... Also, "was the equipment clean and well maintained" is not a yes-or-no question. Had to go with "not applicable" because the answer is somewhere in the middle.RUSTY B.

If dropping off after hours you have to park the vehicle on the side of the road across from company. No way to secure the dolly in the back of the truck short of leaving and finding some place to buy a lock which only works of you think of that before you drop the key, Isolated area that in the rain with cars going by so close felt unsafe. Had they been open It would have been a good place, nice large lot that would have been easy to get in and out of.SUSAN H.

The van wasn't ready in time for my reservation, the cab was dirty and the staff person didn't clean it, and they mistakenly charged me for two days' rental instead of one dayCarisse G.

I reserved the trailer through the U-Haul main office and was told to have a 2 inch ball to accomodate the trailer hitch so I brought a receiver that size. It was too large for the hitch. Fortunately I had brought along a smaller one as well so I did not have to return home to get the proper size.GEORGE S.

I rented a Uhaul from this location on a Friday afternoon for a 4-hour period. I was aware that the business would be closed by the end of my rental period, which is why I chose to use mobile pick up and return. I was NOT made aware that the gate to the parking lot would be locked for the weekend. I could not return the Uhaul inside the lot, and my car was locked inside! All phone numbers provided went to the plumbers' emergency line, who rudely told me to wait until their business hours Monday morning. TLDR, I rented a Uhaul and now I don't have a car for the weekend and can't get to work.Courtney A.

They asked me if I wanted help putting the trailer on and they didn't screw the coupler onto my hitch so when I hit a bump on the freeway it came off and just the chains were holding it up and I ended up crashing my expensive truckAaron J.

My reservation was to pickup at 4 pm in Eureka. I had to call to confirm and was told they didn't have a 26' but Arcata store did. Luckily I called to confirm because that store closes at 4pm. Very inconvenient.William D.

The $20 for help seems counterproductive to your service. It behooves you to have all in top-notch shape before it hits the road. This is for your protection and safety as well as your customer.
