At this location I just had a person walk up to me and ask if I was returning a U-Haul. When I said yes, he asked for the key and told me I was all set. This person could have been anyone. I did not know whether he was affiliated with U-Haul or not.

I'd rather see someone in person. Dropped off 2 days early with quarter tank more than needed and wanted to talk to a person about our experience.

My experience with u-huals multiple times have been like rough cargo rides, like could use better suspension so things dont rattle in the back so hard. Better explanation of mirror adjustment and where things are essential to drive safely, I myself am pretty good at figuring it out, but it takes me some time. An idea I had is it would be nice of some of the trucks had collapsing shelving options to maximize space usage for many of us who could use it. I think we should be text to our phones the steps and expectancy of after hours returns. The guys at this location are great, they didnt over charge me with extra days or anything when i forgot to self checkout the night I brought it back. Good experience with them and a safe location to leave my car.

Have all the requested equipment there at pickup. Also, my pick up location was changed 3 times - unsat. In addition, the truck had less then a 1/4 of a tanks of gas, which required me to fill it up immediately. I’m a retired disabled veteran and received no discount. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The truck needs transmission work.
