When I reserve for my truck to be ready have it ready. I can look past that. But to have the representative (Roy Lewis) to lie to me and say its due back here by 5:00 but I have to be out of here by 4:00 so go a head and just drop it off and ill check you in in the morning. I then have it back the same day and he doesn't have it checked in until almost 11am the next day, then re-writes the contract to charge me an extra day. I will NEVER use Uhaul again if these are the people you allow to run your equipment. In fact my parents are moving over 600 miles and I have made it clear that if I am to help we will use Penske or another service. (I also emailed a complaint to uhaul and never heard back)

They were very helpful and nice - But, UHaul as a company was very frustrating. I couldn't pick up the truck where I requested - I had to drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way. There were not enough blankets at that location. I had to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction to get more blankets. The 800 number was not helpful at all - I was told that is just what happens in rural areas. When I asked what she was going to do - the answer was to ask me what she wanted me to do.

Understand the idea of social distancing. Have more than one person who knows the procedure for rentals and computer passwords and such.

The business owner had the truck keys in his office. If he hadn't been at his office, I would not have been able to get the truck even though I did the mobile pick up. Please make sure these businesses put the keys in the lock boxes so they are ready for their uhaul customers.

Extremely pleasant personnel. The booking agent was very nice and explained everything necessary for the rental and where to return the equipment. It took very little time to accomplish this process. Thanks

It didn't have a light pig tail on it.

The trailer we received had an ant infestation. We did not notice the problem until we reached the loading site 45 minutes from the store. There were literally thousands of ants that had to be killed and removed prior to loading the trailer. We had to “treat” the trailer with pesticide before loading and there were still ants that came out of the walls and onto our furniture during transport. The trailer was being used as storage for blankets and dollies and had to be unloaded prior to use.

People were unorganized and untrained that we picked it up from . Truck was on fumes . We were charged a clean fee when truck was clean . Fees were not same as on uhaul site

Dana was very helpful from rental pickup to assisting with dropoff in Marble Falls, where Bryan was also very helpful. The 26ft truck was very nice and well maintained. Our entire rental experience was great.
