Make sure the rental equipment ordered was in the truck for yhe customer. Mine was not. Then they said I could come and get it....really ? Nope not my responsibility. It was yours !

Paula G.Someone else's dirty masks were scattered on the floor of the vehicle. I received the truck with the gas tank on empty and then they tried to charge me to fill the tank back up to a quarter full. They also charged me for 2 days worth of rental when I only had the truck for 2.5 hours. Thankfully u-haul customer service removed these extra charges when I was able to prove I received the tank on empty and I only had the truck for 2.5 hours. I believe this location was trying to scam me and had hoped I wouldn't have noticed the extra fees.
