DONALD HIt was just very slow service due to computer sluggishness. Everyone was great though and we had no problem extending our contract 2 days.
WILLIAM JI needed a truck in Cedar City UT. I had to find someone to drive me over an hour to get to the location, then they had to drive back and I had to drive back. Really made the U-Haul truck more expensive because of the extra gas.

Jake B1.Gas tank was only half-full so I had to stop and get gas right away 2.I went online to see if my truck would fit on your car hauler and it said it would. after getting home it would not fit and I had to return the call Hauler. 3. I ordered online and I put my Hereford address in and it said I would get a discount if I took it to Sierra Vista. I did not get a discount and was charged full price.

Gary GI was given a price online of $29.00 per day for 5 days on a small 4x8 trailer. I checked availability with the local vendor and went down to pick it up. When I got there the daily rate had gone up tp $50.00 per day because it was a one way rental and not a local rental (I fail to see the difference with a 4x8 trailer). I was tol that the number of rental days would have to be 7 days, even though I did not need it for seven days. I was told i’d Be credited for any unused days. I should mention that I was using my own ball hitch and electrical power cord. Long story short, I paid twice what I was led to believe I would pay, and feel ripped off.

He sacrificed his time, money, inconvenience and extreme willingness to go above and beyond for a U-HAUL Customer. He demonstrated outstanding professionalism and putting Customers First. My go to Rental Store is U-HAUL and I’ll make it my personal calling to tell everyone I encounter to rent from U-HAUL thanks to the “EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE “ I received from U-HAUL and Stewart Ivie.
