Jack JohnsonProviding a full tank of gas, a clean truck interior and having the truck ready for pickup at the designated reservation time/date. All of these items would be an improvement. Due to the truck not being ready, my movers had to reschedule me, which delayed me a day, and I was moving hours away.

BENJAMIN DELAROSADisorganized, the lady at the front did the best she could,she was kind. 1st when I arrived The service wasn’t prompt.I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could get the vehicle. According to the associate at the desk the vehicle that I reserved ahead of time it wasn’t available. she told me that I had to wait on another patron to return the vehicle. I brought it to her attention There was a vehicle in the lot The same size as the vehicle I reserved , and she responded with concerns that if I took that vehicle the next patron would be without a vehicle. Because I was already there she agreed to allow me to use that rental she didn’t ask me for my card information told me I would not be charged but I was instantly charged when I came back and returned to U-Haul I brought it to attention that they had already processed my card information and charge me the fees that she told me I would initially have to pay for the rental. I was initially charged around $80 or so only to get a notice in my email that I then owed $20 and then it turned into $50

DARSHAK THACKERI was charged 810 miles when I only used 10 miles. Called to find ur why I was charged this much the guy working there admitted to his mistake and said I would be refunded instantly. It’s been 8 hours and 3 additional calls later I’m now hearing I won’t be refunded until 3-5 business days. Even though I was told otherwise and will have my pending withdrawals put me in overdraft. I shouldn’t suffered because of a mistake the uhaul rep made I’m highly disappointed.

KEVIN CLARKI was charged for something the receipt is not specific and there is no way to dispute it or even speak to anyone. I will never rent from this location again. I returned the vehicle with no damage and I filled the tank up more than what I was given. I’m highly disappointed.

Khari SamThis location was good and fast. Friendly guy. My only problem is that they put this strapped in dolly and moving blankets in the truck near the back door. If you want to use it, break the zip-tie seal and be charged a fee, otherwise don't break the seal and it is blocking a huge portion of space. This is frankly obnoxious and a scummy sales tactic. I almost considered breaking the zip-tie seals just to get the room back.
MATTHEW LEAGasoline should be full up for , that is easier for customer to add up gasoline before returning the vehicle.

Abdelmohsen AbdelsalamMy uhaul battery died! I’m glad I paid for roadside help. The guy who jumped my uhaul battery told me that the battery ha even jumped many times, and that it wasn’t my fault at all. Because of that I had to take more time to move and I got charged an extra day! As a person that literally got laid off due to covid and just got a new job with no money and a lot of debt, every dollar counts. Please consider refunding me at least for the extra day charge if not the whole order because I spent hours I could be working (had to push my start date back) because my battery went out when it wasn’t my fault! Please help!

Her attitude was horrible,when I told her I didn’t need the dolly she said,” if the seal of it is broken you are gonna have to pay!”. I explained to her that I was going around the corner and didn’t need it but she kept bringing up the fact that if I touch it I would have to pay. Her attitude all together was poor! My sister who came in after me so I could use her card said the same thing! Maybe she thought we couldn’t afford it or something because she was rushing us! I just hope this improves 🙏🏽! MARCO PEREZFill fuel tank completely. My vehicle's tank showed "near full" when I picked it up, but I had to return it "Full". I used the van for 32 miles and ended up filling tank with 6.6 gallons. I seriously doubt that the vehicle consumed 6.6 gallons of fuel in 32 miles.
