Md AU-Haul should provide discount for self-service as company is saving lots by not needing an employee to checkin and out customers - customers use their time, phone, and no training to complete Uhaul requirements.

Robynn SThe vehicle had a tire pressure monitoring light on. They said the vehicle was at the mark above the half tank mark when it was really only half a tank. The gas cap was broken I went to fill it up, and the huahe didnt respond after putting gas in it. I wound up spending an extra 20.00 on gas as a result. For an hour long rental and less than 10minutes of driving it cost me 60.00. It would have been cheaper to use another company. They new about the issues with the vehicle upon my return but didnt disclose them before renting. They offered no form of compensation upon return of the vehicle. Even though the gas tank was almost on full because of the malfunctioning guage. I was in a hurry and didnt have time to debate this with them, but I strongly advise not renting from them unless you have alot of time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly.

CHAD BRudy's Automotive staff was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. This particular truck was in fine condition, other than it had no muffler. It was LOUD. This projects badly on the company and was a concern for me as a customer as the disturbance caused by the truck was significant due to the extremely loud noise. This seems like a maintenance issue that would require the truck to be removed from service until it is repaired.
