Dealer should not rent trucks if they cannot check them in timely when customers return them. I received multiple calls stating the vehicle was not return. Fortunate I took pictures of the truck and key drop off. I also had to return to the location because the dealer/owner never checked in the uhaul truck

Sionann GThe person responsible for giving me the keys was very rude at every stage of the process. They raised their voice and also processed the return late (insisting I do it through them as opposed to using the app) which resulted in an extra day of charge. Overall a very bad experience.

RYAN RI was scheduled and confirmed for 8am. Person in charge not there til 9am. Said he didn’t receive confirmation until that morning. Also van had only one eighth of gas tank. So the van is late and I have to take more time to put gas in tank.

LIZ HAbsurdly overcharged for minor cosmetic damage that should have been covered by insurance that I paid for. Also a false accusation of phantom damage to the front. It is an absolute outrage and criminal fraud.
