I was frustrated because I couldn’t login. When I called and originally booked a storage unit, somehow it was put under someone else’s name. So the representative identified it and corrected it. She then walked me through checking in and how to find the key. We hot disconnected a couple of times and she called back. I was grateful and told her thank you for your patience and helping me. Checking the truck back in went smoothly.

Vicki HIt wasn’t made very clear to understand the drop off location was a gas station. Moving forward I will have a heads up. The attendant wasn’t friendly at all and was very short when I was asking questions as far as drop off info. He said he doesn’t know what to do other than having me drop the truck keys off in the drop box. Other than that call customer service. I had a few questions….he was dry and short. I guess a heads up when scheduling this would be nice to know that these type locations are simply DROP OFF. They have no further information. The over the phone reps are OUTSTANDING! They are the try MVP’s. So patient and sweet. I’ll use Uhaul again bc of the customer service reps alone. Andrea working out of Gainesville deserves a raise. She truly looked out for me. I wish I had her last name.
