Ya'll suck .I will not rent from you guys ever again.All you have done is take money off my card since June 2018.You have left my family without money for food and bills.I have had to cancel my damn card .You guys need to take payments out all at once instead of when it's convenient to you.Again I will not be renting from you guys ever again.You guys are scam artist.It's a damn shame my family has to be without food after a damn hurricane.

Not all sites take cash... so if there is a way to avoid this misunderstanding, that would be great. And when calling up the street to another dealer to see if they can honor the reseveration and get told they need a 150.00 deposit isn't ideal. Especially when it was just a mishap of information. But the initial site that I reserved my truck from, worked with me and I was grateful. Although they are not employed by you all.

The rental was easy and the attendant was very pleasant. Unfortunately I requested a cargo van which was too small for my belongings so I had to return the van promptly. I would rent from them again

This location was fine. However, I had a terrible experience because my "reservations" was nothing of the sort. I reserved a 10' truck a week before the pick up date at one location, then the morning of, I checked my online reservation and saw they had changed it to another location further away. That costs me money since I am paying by the mile. Then, when I arrived at that location, they didn't have a 10' truck, and tried to convince me a cargo van would be about the same, when it is clearly about half the interior cubic feet. Finally, when I refused the van, the clerk was able to call dispatch and find a 10' truck at a location EVEN FURTHER away from my moving location. So instead of picking up the truck 2 miles from my house, I have to drive almost 30 miles that day, costing me extra money and time. If a "reservation" doesn't actually reserve anything, you should stop offering it and just have people show up at the store and see what's available, since that's apparently what you're doing in practice.

This was the worst Uhaul experience that I've ever had. 24 hours before arriving, I "checked in" with Uhaul to make my rental move swiftly, at least thats what I thought. The onsite attendant didn't know how to complete my rental or use the Uhaul software. He stated that there was no CC or DL information associated with me in the system. He continued to state several times throughout this rental process of how much he hated Uhaul Rentals. Eventually and luckily, another female employee arrived later and was able to help him complete the process. Even though she was stating that she was hungover and didn't want to be there. Finally 40 minutes later, I was able to get the keys to the truck. The attendant brought out a regular small dolly. I advised him that I had rented a large equipment dolly and that I had to move big items from a 3rd floor apartment. He stated that the small one was all they had. He also gave me 6 moving pads, 2 of which was so tattered and torn up that they were falling apart….I advised him that I ordered 12 pads, but he also had no more pads. This whole experience was horrible!

I had origanally had reservation at another location but they were not open and i sat there for almost a hour but i called uhaul and they sent me to aiken ave. and i had a great experiece there ill be renting a truck again soon to move some stuff from my storage to another house so ill be using them again.

the original drop off location given to me by the system was closed when I got there, even though the contract said it would be open until 7pm. there was not a safe and secure place to leave the equipment. Fortunately I knew about Rutledge and was able to drop the equipment safely there.
