troy wI had a situation and ended up in hospital, after loading a 20nft truck alone I had only enough money for the move, I was unable to unload the truck due to back injury and no one to help me, and then lost my storage reservation as well, so was unable to unload even if I had help I paid for extra insurance while truck sat full and I was unable to do anything, I feel I paid enough in insurance there should be some sort of coverage for this sort of situation as it was not my intention to have had the truck as long as I did, but had no where to unload to return it even having to do it in severe pain worsening my situation now I owe over 400 more dollars that I have no way to pay on top of being homeless. I have rented from U-Haul on numerous occasions and never had any problems or owed any money or have any damages and also I have been forced to purchase insurance at the return location for this trip and was told that it was mandatory when I was completely aware that it was not and at the time I had a broad form insurance that covered me to drive other vehicles and was forced to pay insurance anyway on previous occasions when I knew I had an option to elect pay for damages up front and on my own that was forced to pay for insurance to be able to rent at the same place I returned this truck under these particular circumstances I find this extremely wrong and that there should be a better resolution to circumstances that were beyond My control. In the near future I'm going to need to use U-Haul service again but I'm not going to be able to because of the amount that I will have oweing , and in turn will most likely have to lose what positions I have left because I will be unable to rent a U-Haul to move them due to these circumstances from this last rental
